Ալիևը և Էրդողանը կրկին խոսում են «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին

Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ղեկավարներն այն նկարագրում են որպես «տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածք» և «տրանսպորտային միջանցք»։

Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի նախագահներն այսօր Աշգաբատում Տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՏՀԿ) գագաթնաժողովում կրկին խոսել են «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին։

APA լրատվական գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ Իլհամ Ալիևը, հիշեցնելով, որ կազմակերպության նախորդ գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ խոսել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին, շարունակել է․ - «Այսօր ես կարող եմ ասել, որ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն իրականություն է դառնում։ Այս նոր տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքը կդառնա Արևելք-Արևմուտք և Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքների կարևոր մասը։ Վստահ եմ, որ ՏՀԿ անդամ պետությունները կօգտագործեն այդ միջանցքը»։

Ռեջեփ Էրդողանը, իր հերթին, նույն աղբյուրի վկայությամբ, հայտարարել է, թե հայտնի է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» նշանակությունը, և ընդգծել, որ հարկ է հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել տրանսպորտային միջանցքների զարգացմանը։

Ի պատասխան Զանգեզուրի սուվերեն միջանցքի առաջիկա բացման մասին պաշտոնական Բաքվի և Անկարայի բազմաթիվ հայտարարությունների՝ Երևանը մշտապես շեշտել է, որ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի և 2021-ի հունվարի 11-ի եռակողմ հայտարարություններում «միջանցքային տրամաբանություն չկա», նույնը Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց նաև նոյեմբերի 23-ի օնլայն ասուլիսի ժամանակ։ «Անունը դրել են «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» ու ասում են` եթե չտաք, մենք պատերազմով այդ միջանցքը կստանանք», - ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը՝ շարունակելով․ - «Չի լինելու այդպիսի բան, բայց մյուս կողմից` Հայաստանը շահագրգիռ է, որ երկաթուղային ու ավտոմոբիլային կապը վերականգնվի: Այո՛, Ադրբեջանը պետք է ստանա ճանապարհ, տվյալ դեպքում, Նախիջևանի մասին չէ խոսքը, խոսքը Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան կապի մասին է, ես հույս ունեմ` ճիշտ կհասկացվեմ՝ այդտեղ էլ Հայաստանը շահագրգռություն ունի»։

Պաշտոնական Մոսկվան նույնպես, անդրադառնալով «Զանգեզուրյան միջանցքի» մասին լուրերին, հայտարարել է՝ եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի բոլոր անդամները պայմանավորվել են, որ բոլոր ապաշրջափակվող և նոր ստեղծվող տրանսպորտային ուղիները պետք է գործեն այն պետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը հարգելու հիման վրա, որի տարածքով դրանք անցնում են:

Նոյեմբերի 26-ին Սոչիում Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների բանակցությունների արդյունքում ընդունված հայտարարությունում ևս «միջանցք» բառը բացակայում է։ Սպասվում է, որ նոր պայմանավորվածությունների մասին երեք երկրների փոխվարչապետները կհայտարարեն եկող շաբաթ Մոսկվային։
