Ովքեր են Ապարանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնի հավակնորդները

Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին ի թիվս մի շարք համայնքերի՝ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ կանցկացվեն նաև Ապարան համայնքում: Այստեղ միմյանց դեմ կպայքարեն Ապարանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Կարեն Եղիազարյանի գլխավորած դաշինքն ու ՔՊ-ն:

Ապարանում Կարեն Եղիազարյանն առաջադրվել է «Եղիազարյան» դաշինքով, որի կազմում երկու կուսակցություն է։ Մեկը նորաստեղծ «Քրիստոնեա Հայաստան» կուսակցությունն է, մյուսը՝ Նորայր Նորիկյանի «Արդար Հայաստան»-ը։ Կարեն Եղիազարյանը գործարար է, «Գնթունիք»-ի սեփականատերը, ով բավականին ընդունելի թեկնածու է համարվում համայնքում, ունի կատարած բավական մեծ աշխատանք, որն էլ նախընտրական այս շրջանում  ներկայացնում է ապարանցիների դատին:

ՔՊ-ի թեկնածուն Էդգար Փարվանյանն է: Փարվանյանը ևս գործարար է, զովացուցիչ ըմպելիքների արտադրությամբ զբաղվող «Ապարան գրուպ» ընկերության տնօրենն է։ 2016 թվականի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին ևս Փարվանյանը քաղաքապետի թեկնածու է եղել, սակայն պարտվել է այն ժամանակվա քաղաքապետ Գոռ Աբրահամյանին։ Նա նաև Հանրապետական կուսակցության անդամ է եղել, իսկ այժմ հեղափոխվել է, և գլխավորում է ՔՊ ցանկը: Ի դեպ, 2016 թվականի ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները բավականին թեժ մրցապայքարում էին անցել, Փարվանյանն ու Գոռ Աբրահամյանը միմյանց մեղադրում էին ապօրինություններ կատարելու, ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու մեջ։ 

Մամուլում տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում, որ ՔՊ-ականների համար կենաց մահու հարց է  Ապարանում իշխանությունը վերցնելը, այդ նպատակով Ապարան է գործուղվել անձամբ Տիգրան Ավինյանը և քանի որ միակ մրցակիցը Կարեն Եղիազարյանն էր, վերջինիս դեմ արդեն իսկ կազմակերպված արշավի ակնհայտ դրսևորումներ են նկատվում: Մասնավորապես՝ իշխանական մեդիայում ակտիվորեն տարածվում է 2019-ին Եղիազարյանին՝ 20 հազար դրամի «յուրացում» կատարելու համար մեղադրանք առաջադրելու մասին տեղեկությունը, սակայն, այդ նույն մեդիան մոռանում է հիշատակել, որ քրեական գործը կարճվել է:

ՔՊ-ականների համար մտահոգության առիթ է նաև այն, որ Եղիազարյանի հաղթելու դեպքում կոալիցիան ՔՊ-ի հետ գրեթե բացառված է, հետևաբար ՔՊ-ին սպառնում է այստեղ ևս ընդդիմադիր դառնալու սցենարը: Կոալիցիան քիչ հավանական է, այն պատճառով, որ ինքը` Եղիազարյանը, թեև հանդես է գալիս դաշինքի կազմում, սակայն ինչպես և դաշինքի երկրորդ համարը անկուսակցական է, նրանց աջակցում են տեղի ընդդիմադիրները, ուստի, ընտրության արդյունքներից կախված՝ իշխանամերձ ուժերի հետ համագործակցության հավանականությունը գրեթե զրոյական է: Դա է ստիպում ՔՊ-ականներին Ապարան գործուղել «ծանր հրետանուն»` ի դեմս Տիգրան Ավինյանի և անչափ լուրջ մոտենալ սպասվող ընտրություններին ու մրցակցին:
