Վայքի իշխանական թեկնածուն մեղադրվել է կաֆել-մետլախ գողանալու մեջ. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Կարծես թե նշմարվում են հիմնական պատճառները, որոնք հանգեցնում են իշխող ուժի աննախադեպ պարտություններին ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում: Հիմնական պատճառը տեղերում թույլ թեկնածուներն են, սակայն հատկապես Վայք խոշորացվող համայնքում իշխող կուսակցության թեկնածուի անցյալը խիստ տպավորիչ է:

Բանն այն է, որ ՔՊ թեկնածու Մխիթար Մաթևոսյանը Վայքի տարածաշրջանում հայտնի է որպես «կրիմինալ» անցյալ ունեցող անձ, ով լինելով «Մավշին» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն, պետությունից խաբեությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, շինարարական աշխատանքների կատարման ընթացքում չիրականացված աշխատանքները կատարողական թերթերում ներառելով, պետության միջոցներից ավել է ստացել ընդհանուր 4.055.498.4 ՀՀ դրամ գումար` պետությանը պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս»:

Սա դեռ ամենը չէ, Վայքում մեր կողմից անցկացրած հարցախույզի ընթացքում տեղացիները հայտնեցին, որ Մխիթարը 2000 ակաների սկզբներին շատ ծիծաղելի ու մինչև հիմա հիշվող գործով է անցել, երբ մեղադրվել է այն ժամանակ Վայքում դատավոր Թոֆիլ Սամսոնիչիի տան շինարարական աշխատանքների ժամանակ կաֆել-մետլախի գողության մեջ: Մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ Վայքում իրավիճակը շատ մոտ է Կապանին ու Գորիսին, որտեղ ավելացել են սահմանամերձ գյուղերը և մարդիկ ձգտելու են իրենց խոշորացված համայնքում տեսնել ոչ իշխանական, քիչ թե շատ մաքուր անցյալ ունեցող որևէ մեկի ու չեն քվեարկելու սեփական ընտանիքը Երևան տեղափոխած ու Վայքը որպես խոպան դիտարկող Մխիթար Մաթևոսյանի օգտին:

Ուժային կառույցների մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ փորձել են քաղաքական ղեկավարությանը հասցնել իրենց սխալ ընտրության մասին, որ Մխիթարի մասով մարդկանց մեջ վստահություն չկա. Խոսում են, որ Վայքի խեղճուկրակ բյուջեն չի դիմանալու Մխիթարի ձեռքի տակ (թերևս նման վստահության պատճառը նրա անցյալն է(sad): Ուժային կառույցներում վստահ են, որ իրենց ներկայացրած օբյետիվ իրավիճակի գնահատականը ճանապարհին «կորել է» ու չի հասել երկրի առաջին դեմքերին, այլապես նման սարսափելի ու անհեռանկարային քայլի Վայքում չէին գնա:

Ի դեպ` քաղաքացիներից մեկն էլ քմծիծաղով ասեց, թե ջահել ժամանակ սիրում էր իրենց գյուղի թոնիրների ղազանները թռցներ, էդ մարդուց ինչ ղեկավար:
