Զրոյական կետ կամ պետության զրոյացումը. Անժելա Նալբանդյան

Անժելա Նալբանդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

2018թվականին էյֆորիկ ֆանֆարների ազդանշանով իշխանության եկավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Դե գիտեք` «կամ ինքն էր լինելու վարչապետ, կամ Հայաստանը վարչապետ չէր ունենալու»: Կարճ ժամանակ անց նա հայտարարեց, որ մեզ համար կարևորագույն` Արցախի հարցի բանակցային գործընթացը նա սկսում է իր սեփական` «զրոյական կետից»: Առաջին հայացքից այս անմեղ թվացող միտքը արդյունքում աղետաբեր եղավ: Զրոյացվեց ոչ միայն 24-25 տարվա բանակցային ողջ ժառանգությունը, որի համար դիվանագիտական ջանքեր, տարիների աշխատանք էր տարվել, այլև, արդյունքում, զրոյացվեց Արցախի 75%-ը` այն էլ հազարավոր մարդկային կյանքերի գնով:
Հիմա ՀՀ իշխանությունը զրոյացման նոր շրջափուլ է սկսում` դեմարկացիա և դելիմիտացիա փաթեթավորմամբ: Սա իմ ձևակերպումը չէ, սա գործընթացի` իշխանության մոդելավորումն է. նրանք պատրաստվում են ամեն բան սկսել «զրոյական կետից», այս անգամ արդեն` Հայաստանի առնչությամբ:
 
Ասել, որ ես մտահոգ եմ կամ անհանգիստ, կնշանակի չասել ոչինչ: Բայց որո՞նք են իմ անհանգստության պատճառներն ու հիմնաքարերը.
 
1. Մենք գործ ունենք մի իշխանության հետ, որի խոսքի արժեքն է զրո: Հետևաբար, վերոնշյալ իշխանության խոսքի նկատմամբ վստահությունն է զրո. խոսքը, որը երբևէ աչքի չի ընկնում ո´չ բովանդակությամբ, ո´չ նպատակով, ո´չ էլ դրանից բխող հնարավոր գործիքակազմով` ինչ-որ խոստում, ինչ-որ պարտավորություն կյանքի կոչելու:
 
2. Մենք գործ ունենք իշխանության հետ, որը, կարծում եմ, այլևս կասկած չի հարուցում, որ որևէ կապ չունի մեր ազգային օրակարգի և մեր ազգային-պետական շահերի հետ:
 
3. Մենք գործ ունենք իշխանության հետ, որը անպրոբլեմ, սեփական ժողովրդի մեջքի հետևում կարողանում է փակ, գաղտնի պայմանավորվածությունների գնալ, հետևաբար` պարտավորություններ ստանձնել, ինչպես նաև տարաբնույթ խոստումներ տալ, որը կրկին կապ չունի մեր պետական շահերի հետ:
 
4. Մենք գործ ունենք իշխանության հետ, որն իր ստանձնած խայտառակ պարտավորություններից էլ է փորձում փախչել, հրաժարվել` անընդհատ ստեղծելով կազուսը կազուսի հետևից, խնդիրը խնդրի հետևից, այդ թվում` տալով Ադրբեջանին հնարավորություն այս ամենը միջնորդներին ու միջազգային հանրությանը ներկայացնելով` ցույց տալ, թե որքան բարդ, գրեթե անհնար է նրա հետ աշխատել և լեգիտիմացնել սեփական քայլերը:
 
Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով` մենք հասկանու՞մ ենք` ինչ է նշանակում «զրոյական կետից» նորից ինչ-որ բան սկսելը: Մենք այդ զրոյական կետից սկսելու օրինակը պարզ տեսել ենք, հիմա էլ նորից նոր զրոյական կետեր ենք առաջ քաշում: Միայն «զրոյական կետ» արտահայտությունը խոսում է ստանձնած պարտավորություններից, տրված խոստումներից հրաժարում:
Ինչի՞ կհանգեցնի նոր զրոյական կետն այս անգամ. վախենամ` այն արժենա մեզ պետականության զրոյացում:
