ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի նորանշանակ դեսպանին

Նոյեմբերի 24-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի նորանշանակ դեսպան Վիկտոր Ռիխտերին՝ հավատարմագրերի պատճենը հանձնելու կապակցությամբ։ Շնորհավորելով Վիկտոր Ռիխտերին պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ դեսպանի գործունեությունը մեծ ներդրում կունենա հայ-գերմանական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման գործում։

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնեսական կապերի ակտիվացման, հատկապես՝ էներգետիկայի, կրթության և գիտության, մշակույթի ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնման հեռանկարները: Այս առումով ընդգծվել է Ֆինանսական և տեխնիկական համագործակցության հայ-գերմանական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի դերակատարությունը:

Անդրադարձ է նաև կատարվել Հայաստանում ընթացող ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումներին: Ընդգծվել է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների կարևորությունը, որոնք միջազգային հեղինակավոր դիտորդական առաքելությունների կողմից գնահատվել են որպես ազատ և թափանցիկ:

Վիկտոր Ռիխտերը նշել է, որ Գերմանիան շարունակելու է նպաստել Հայաստանում անցկացվող ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումներին, հատկապես՝ քաղաքացիական հասարակության ինստիտուտների ամրապնդմանը:

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը Գերմանիայի դեսպանին է ներկայացրել վերջին օրերին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ իրականացված ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը և շեշտել միջազգային հանրության պատշաճ ու հասցեական արձագանքի կարևորությունը՝ բացառելու իրավիճակի հետագա լարումն ու Ադրբեջանի կողմից նոր սադրիչ գործողությունները։

Զրուցակիցները կարևորել են խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության տևական ու համապարփակ կարգավորումը: Դեսպան Ռիխտերը հաստատել է Գերմանիայի աջակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության միջնորդական ջանքերին:

Ի թիվս հրատապ լուծում պահանջող հումանիտար հարցերի՝ կարևորվել է հայ ռազմագերիների և այլ պահվող անձանց շուտափույթ հայրենադարձումը։
