Պարեկները բերման են ենթարկել 6 անձի. նրանցից մեկը հետախուզման մեջ էր իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու մեղադրանքով (տեսանյութ)

 

Նոյեմբերի լույս 23-ի գիշերը պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի ոստիկանները գիշերային ծառայության ժամանակ նկատել են առանց համարանիշերի «BMW» և «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներ, որոնց վարորդները, չենթարկվելով պարեկների «Կանգ առ» պահանջին, մեքենաներով փախել են։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Ոստիկանությունը:

Պարեկային կարգախմբերը հետապնդել են, փորձել հարկադրաբար կանգնեցնել նրանց՝ անգամ կիրառելով «ճանապարհային ոզնի», ինչի հետևանքով ծակվել է «BMW»-ի անվադողը։ Կարգազանց վարորդները շարունակել են փախուստը՝ այդ ընթացքում վնասելով նաև պարեկների մեքենաներից մեկը և վտանգելով երթևեկության մյուս մասնակիցների կյանքն ու առողջությունը։ Հետապնդումը շարունակվել է։ «BMW» և «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաների վարորդները, դուրս գալով մայրաքաղաքից, ընթացել են Աբովյան քաղաքի ուղղությամբ։

Այնուհետև «BMW»-ն մտել է Երևան-Սևան ճանապարհի հյուրանոցային համալիրներից մեկի ավտոտնակ, իսկ «Տոյոտայի» վարորդը մեքենան կայանել է հյուրանոցի հարևանությամբ։ Պարեկների հմուտ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հյուրանոցից ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին բերման են ենթարկվել 6 անձ։ Բաժնում պարզվել է նրանց ինքնությունը։ Պարզվել է նաև, որ բերման ենթարկվածներից 28-ամյա երիտասարդը ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի կողմից հետախուզվում էր քրեական օրենսգրքի մի շարք հոդվածների, այդ թվում՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու մեղադրանքով. խափանման միջոցը՝ կալանք։  Հանգամանքները քննությամբ պարզվում են։
