Սյունիքը՝ տարածաշրջանի ապագա կոնֆիգուրացիայի գծագրման առանցք

Սյունիքի հերթական հատվածի թշնամական բռնազավթումից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արագորեն պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց սկսելու սահմանազատման հարցով բանակցությունները։ Սա՝ այն դեպքում, երբ կամայականորեն ձեւավորված առաջնագծում ո՛չ հրադադարի վերահսկողության մեխանիզմներ կան, ո՛չ էլ, առավել եւս, այդ հարցով Բաքվի վրա ճնշման լծակներ։ Եվ այս դեպքում, երբ Ադրբեջանը միակողմանիորեն գծում է սեփական սահմանները՝ ի հաշիվ մեր տարածքների, Փաշինյանը մտադիր է բանակցություններով օրինականացնել թշնամու ներխուժումը Հայաստան։
Իհարկե, հայկական կողմը չի էլ հոգալու, որ միջազգային հարթակներում Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ ճնշում գործադրվի, քաղաքական եւ տնտեսական սանկցիաներ սահմանվեն, օրինակ՝ արգելվի հարձակողական զենքի վաճառքն այդ երկրին։ Սյունիքի վրա ագրեսիվ պատերազմի օրերին միջազգային հանրության լռության ուխտը գալիս է ապացուցելու, մի կողմից, մեր դիվանագիտության սնանկության փաստը, մյուս կողմից՝ ստիպում է հրաժեշտ տալ Ադրբեջանին դատապարտելու հարցում պատրանքներին։

Պատերազմի օրերին Անկարայից հնչող պնդումները, թե Թուրքիան իր ցամաքային զորքերը կուղարկի Ադրբեջան, Հայաստանում գնահատվում էին իբրեւ քարոզչական թեզեր, մինչդեռ պարզվեց՝ վերջին մեկ տարում այս երկու երկիրը փաստացի համատեղ զինված ուժեր են կառուցում՝ պարբերաբար ներգրավելով նաեւ Պակիստանի բանակին։ Ո՛չ Իրանի՝ Արաքսի հովտում անցկացրած զորավարժությունները, ո՛չ Ռուսաստանի՝ Հյուսիսային Կովկասում պարբերաբար իրականացվող հակաահաբեկչական գործողությունները, ո՛չ էլ Վաշինգտոնի եւ Փարիզի նուրբ ակնարկները երբեւէ չեն զսպելու Ադրբեջանին, քանի դեռ հայկական կողմն իր ինքնապաշտպանության հույսը դնում է նման անբովանդակ ուղերձների վրա։

Փաստն այն է, որ վերջին մեկ տարում հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանի կոնֆիգուրացիան հիմնիվեր փոխվել է։ Այն ոչ թե երեք ճանաչված (Հայաստան, Վրաստան, Ադրբեջան) եւ երեք չճանաչված (Արցախ, Աբխազիա, Հարավային Օսիա) պետությունների՝ մեզ ծանոթ քաղաքական քարտեզն է, այլ բազմաբարդ մի կառույց՝ երեք տարածաշրջանային գերտերությունների՝ ՌԴ-ի, Իրանի եւ Թուրքիայի ակտիվ ներգրավմամբ եւ նրանց հրահրած վերադասավորումներով։ Ի լրումն այս եռյակի՝ տարածաշրջանում չգտնվող, սակայն այստեղ ավանդաբար որոշակի ազդեցություն ունեցող ուժերը եւս՝ ԱՄՆ-ն, ԵՄ-ն, Չինաստանը, Հնդկաստանը, ելնելով տեղի ենթակառուցվածքների հետ կապված իրենց նպատակներից, հասկանալիորեն պատրաստ են ոտնատակ տալ ցանկացած երկրի սահմանների անխախտելիության եւ տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքները։
