Ադրբեջանի նախագահը հայտարարում է՝ որտեղ ուզենք, կկանգնենք, սա ի՞նչ է նշանակում․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հռետորական հարցը

Իր առցանց ասուլիսում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանին միջանցք տրամադրելու, և Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիաների հարցին․


«Նախ պետք է ընդհանուր առամամբ արձանագրել հետևյալը, որ ես կարծում եմ, որ ի վերջո Ադրբեջանի գորժծելակերպը մեր դիվանագիտության և արտաքին քաղաքականության քննության կարևոր առարկաներից մեկը պիտի լինի։

Անվտանգության խորհրդի վերջին նիստում ես արձանագրեցի, որ Ադրբեջանը որդեգրել է շարունակական ագրեսիայի քաղաքականություն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամաբ։ Կարծում եմ, որ այս թեման այլևս պետք է լինի միջազգային հանրության քննրակման կիզակետում, որովհետև Ադրբեջանը պատերազմից հետո, լինելով հետպատերազմական էյֆորիայի մեջ, փորձ է անում կիրառել այսպես ասած պատերազմում հաղթողի իրավունք, մի բան որը ժամանակակից աշխարհում գոյություն չունի։ մենք շատ համբերատար, հետևողական փորձում ենք ամեն կառուցողական ջանք գործադրել, որպեսի տարածաշրջանում իրադրությունը հանդարտվի, բայց, կարծում եմ, մենք՝ բոլորս պիտի արձանագրենք, որ միջազգային հանրության անդամը այնուամենայնիվ պետք է որոշակի չափեր ունենա, և միջազգային հանրությունը այդ չափերին պիտի հետևի, որովհետև միջազգային հարաբերությունների քայքայման գործընթաց է տեղի ունենում։

Ադրբեջանը ակնհայտորեն Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տարածքային նկրտումներ է ցուցաբերում, ի՞նչ է նշանակում Զանգեզուրի միջանզք, ի՞նչ է նշանակում արևելյան Զանգեզուր։ Այդ ովքեր են այդ տերմինները հորինում, և ինչ է դա նշանակում։ Ինչ է նշանակում միջանցաքային տարամաբանություն, մենք հայտարարում ենք, որ միջանցքային տրամաբանությամբ հարց չենք քննարկել և չենք քննարկելու, ինչը որևէ կերպ չի նշանակում, որ մենք հրաժարվում ենք տարածքային կոմունիկացիաները ապաշրջափակելուց։ Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ Հայաստանն է ավելի շահագրգիռ, որ տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաները բացվեն, և միջանքային տրամաբանությունը Ադրբեջանը զարգացնում է տրանսպորտային ուղիների ապաշրջափակման թեման օրակարգից հանելու համար, բայց մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ Ադրբեջանին չհաջողվի տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիների ապաշրջափակման թեման հանել օրակարգից, որովհետև նոյեմբերի 9-ի պայմանավորվածությունները ինչքան էլ նենգափոխվի, շատ հստակ 9-րդ կետը ձևակերպված է, որտեղ հստակ ասվում է, որ բացվում են տարածաշրջանային բոլոր տեսակի կոմունիկացիաները, իսկ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի հայտարարության մեջ ավելի մանրամսն է ձևակերպված, թե ինչպես է դա տեղի ունենում։ մենք կարծում ենք, որ այս իրավիճակը ավելի միջազգայնանա, որովհետև սա արդեն միայն Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հարց չէ, սա միջազգային իրավունքի հարց է։
