Թեհրանն ու Բաքուն հարաբերությունների կարգավորման են գնում

Շաբաթներ շարունակված փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներից և դիվանագիտական ճգնաժամից հետո Թեհրանն ու Բաքուն հարաբերությունների կարգավորման են գնում: Իրանի արտգործնախարարությունն այսօր հայտարարել է, թե կողմերը հարթել են տարաձայնությունները։

«Հրապարակային դաշտում անցանկալի և անհարկի լարվածությունից հետո, որը երկու կողմն էլ խելամտորեն նախընտրեցին հաղթահարել, այժմ Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունները անցնում են նոր փուլ», - այսօր հայտարարել է Իրանի արտգործնախարարության խոսնակը։

Սայիդ Խաթիբզադեն նաև հայտնել է, որ նախագահներ Էբրահիմ Ռաիսին և Իլհամ Ալիևը ամենայն հավանականությամբ կհանդիպեն նոյեմբերի 28-ին Աշգաբադում կայանալիք Տնտեսական համագործակցության և զարգացման կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների համաժողովի շրջանակներում: Սա կլինի Ալիևի առաջին դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպումը Ռաիսիի հետ վերջինիս պաշտոնամուտից հետո։

Նախօրեին էլ Թեհրանում էր ադրբեջանական պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունը՝ փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևի գլխավորությամբ, որը Ադրբեջանի բանակցողն է Հարավային Կովկասում հաղորդակցության միջոցների ու տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբում՝հայ և ռուս պաշտոնակիցների հետ։

Մուստաֆաևը հանդիպել է Իրանի նավթի նախարար Ջավադ Օրուջին։ «Կառուցողական հանդիպում ունեցանք ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության հետ, կարևոր համաձայնություններ են ձեռք բերվել», - հանդիպումից հետո հայտարարել է իրանցի նախարարը, մանրամասնելով՝ Իրանն ու Ադրբեջանը առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում կարող են համաձայնագիր ստորագրել Կասպից ծովում նավթագազային հանքավայրերի համատեղ շահագործման մասին:

Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետը ևս արդյունավետ է գնահատել իրանցի գործընկերների հետ հանդիպումը։ Մուստաֆաևը նշել է, որ հաջորդ տարվա սկզբին կկայանա իրանա-ադրբեջանական տնտեսական համագործակցության հանձնաժողովի համատեղ նիստը:

Ավելի վաղ`անցած շաբաթավերջին, Ադրբեջանում Իրանի դեսպան Աբաս Մուսավին էր հանդիպում ունեցել փոխվարչապետ Մուստաֆաևի հետ։ «Երկար ու կառուցողական քննարկում ունեցանք երկկողմ քաղաքական ու տնտեսական հարաբերությունների վերջին զարգացումների շուրջ», - գրել էր Մուսավին Թվիթերում՝ հավելելով, թե ուսումնասիրվել են հատկապես համատեղ նախագծերը և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությունը ընդլայնելու հնարավորությունները։

Երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները սրվել էին ամիսներ առաջ, երբ Բաքուն մաքսատուրքեր սահմանեց Իրան-Հայաստան ճանապարհի՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքով անցնող հատվածները հատող իրանական բեռնատարների համար։ Ադրբեջանը նաև մեղադրում էր Իրանին «առանց Բաքվի համաձայնության, ապօրինի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածք մտնելու համար»։

Թեհրանն էլ իր հերթին հայտարարում էր, թե Բաքուն «սիոնիստական ռեժիմի ներկայացուցիչներ» և սիրիացի զինյալներ է կենտրոնացրել սահմանների մոտ։

«Իրանը կատակ չի անում իր անվտանգության հարցում։ Մենք հստակ փոխանցել ենք մեր մտահոգությունները Ադրբեջանին, և նրանք խոստացել են քննարկել դրանք։ Անընդունելի է, որ Ադրբեջանի և Իրանի միջև հարաբերությունները խզվեն երրորդ երկրի պատճառով», - անցած ամիս հայտարարել էր Իրանի արտգործնախարարության խոսնակ Սայիդ Խաթիբզադեն։
