Ինչո՞ւ Նիկոլը խաբեց Պուտինին. Աղասի Ենոքյան

Գրող, քաղաքագետ Աղասի Ենոքյանը գրում է․
 
Նիկոլը Պուտինին խոստացել էր, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին կգնա Մոսկվա եւ կստորագրի կապիտուլյացիայի փաստաթուղթը։ Հետո նա խաբեց Պուտինին եւ չգնաց Մոսկվա։ Ալիեւը, հասկանալով, որ Պուտինը ջղայնացել է Նիկոլի վրա, օգտագործոց իր շանսը եւ փակեց Կապանի ճանապարհը, իսկ Պուտինը ոչինչ չձեռնարկեց դրա դեմ։ Դա չազդեց նաեւ Նիկոլի վրա, ով որոշ տեղեկություններով զբաղված էր «Սնդիկի մասին» օրենքի քննարկմամբ, այլ տեղեկություններով հարախումի (запой) մեջ էր։
 
Արձագանք չստանալով, Ալիեւը արեց հաջորդ քայլը եւ որոշեց ձեռնարկել Սիսիանի ուղղությամբ միջանցքի բացումը՝ այն միջանցքի, որը Նիկոլը պետք է ստորագրեր կապիտուլյացիոն պայմանագրի համաձայն։
ՔՊ վերնախավը իրար խառնվեց, բժշկական բրիգադ կանչեց, որը Նիկոլին հարախումից դուրս բերեց եւ վերջինս սկսեց անկապ-անկապ բաներ ասել։
 
Այստեղ երկու էական հարց կա։
Հարց 1. Ինչո՞ւ Նիկոլը խաբեց Պուտինին ու չգնաց Մոսկվա. այստեղ պատմիչները երկու վերսիա են առաջ քաշում։ Ըստ առաջին վարկածի Նիկոլը Ռուսաստանին, Թուրքիային եւ Ադրբեջանին խոստացել էր, որ միջանցքը կտրամադրի, իսկ Իրանին եւ Չինաստանին էլ խոստացել էր, որ չի տրամադրի, այնպես, որ ամեն դեպքում նա ինչ-որ մեկին խաբելու էր։ Պատմիչները դեռ չեն պատմել, թե ինչու Նիկոլը որոշեց Ռուսաստանին գցելու տարբերակը։
Ըստ մյուս վարկածի, Նիկոլն իմացել էր, որ կապիտուլյացիան ստորագրելը լինելու է իր վերջին ֆունկցիան, որից հետո Պուտինն իրեն կհեռացնի աշխատանքից։ Գործը չկորցնելու համար էլ նա չգնաց Մոսկվա։
 
Իսկ 2-րդ հարցն այն է, թե ինչո՞ւ է միայն Պուտինը ունակ Ադրբեջանին պատասխանելու Հայաստանի տարածքում։ Ընդհանրապես ասած, 3 կարեւոր գործոն կա, որոնք կարող են պատասխանել Ադրբեջանին։ Առաջինը հայոց բանակն է, սակայն սա զրկված մարտունակությունից ոչ միայն դավաճան գեներալների պատճառով, այլեւ նրանց ստեղծած տոտալ բարդակի պատճառով, երբ ոչ մի սպա ու զինվոր չգիտի թե ինքը ինչ է անելու։
 
Երկրորդը հայոց դիվանագիտությունն է, որը զրոյացել է ոչ միայն Արարատ Օմեգա Միրզոյանի, Լիլիթ Մակունցի եւ Վիկտոր Ենգիբարյանի պատճառով, այլեւ այստեղ եւս մակածված տոտալ բարդակով, երբ դեսպաններն ու մյուս դիվանագետները չգիտեն իրենց անելիքը, ու պատահական չէ, որ աշխարհի ոչ մի երկիր չդատապարտըեց Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան։ Եվ երրոդ գործոնը հայ ժողովուրդն է, ով պատերազմի ժամանակ մի հարյուր հոգով հավաքվեց հրապարակում, բայց առաջնորդ չգտնելով՝ ցրվեց տներով։ Իսկ առաջնորդները լուրջ ժողովներ արեցին եւ սարսափազդու հայտարարություններ ընդունեցին։
Ուրեմն՝ մնաց Պուտինը։
