Իրավապաշտպանները դիմում կներկայացնեն ՄԻԵԴ՝ վերջին օրերին գերեվարված և անհետ կորած համարվող անձանց հարցով

Ադրբեջանի կողմից նոյեմբերի 16-ին սանձազերծված մարտական գործողությունների արդյունքում գերեվարված և անհետ կորած համարվող անձանց հարցով առաջիկա օրերին անհապաղ միջոցի կիրառման դիմում-խնդրագրեր կուղարկվեն Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց իրավապաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը:

«Մենք թե՛ անհետ կորած, և թե՛ գերեվարված անձանց ընտանիքներից արդեն տեղեկություններ ստանում ենք, դեպքերն ուսումնասիրում ենք: Եվ բնականաբար անհապաղ միջոցի դիմում-խնդրագրեր ուղարկվելու են ՄԻԵԴ, այս առումով պրոցեսներ կան: Մենք նաև հաշվի ենք առնելու միջպետական գանգատի շրջանակում ընթացող գործընթացները, որպեսզի բացառենք կրկնողությունը»,-ասաց Սահակյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ առաջնային խնդիրն անձանց ֆիզիկական անձեռնմխելիությունը և կյանքը պաշտպանության տակ վերցնելու հարցն է: Եվրոպական դատարանն անհապաղ միջոց չի կիրառում ազատ արձակելու տեսքով: Սակայն Սահակյանը հիշեցրեց ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային արդարադատության դատարանում ընթացող գործընթացների մասին. Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանի դեմ հրատապ միջոցներ կիրառելու պահանջ է ներկայացրել ՄԱԿ-ի դատարանում, դրանով Հայաստանը, ի թիվս այլ պահանջների, պնդում է անհապաղ վերադարձնել հայ ռազմագերիներին, փակել ռազմական ավարի պուրակը: «Հույս ունենք, որ մի քանի շաբաթների ընթացքում իրավական որոշում կունենանք այս հարցի վերաբերյալ»,-ասաց Սահակյանը:

Նոյեմբերի 16-ի Ադրբեջանի սադրանքներից հետո իրավապաշտպանների հետ կապի մեջ է անհետ կորած համարվող և գերեվարված անձանց շուրջ 10 ընտանիք: «Փաթեթները նախապատրասման փուլում են: Դրանք առաջիկա օրերին՝ վաղը կամ ամենաուշը մյուս օրը կներկայացնենք ՄԻԵԴ»,- ասաց Սահակյանը:

Իրավապաշտպաններն այս պահին ինտենսիվ աշխատում են: Կան տեսանյութով հաստատված գերեվարման դեպքեր, անհետ կորածներ: «Անհետացման հանգամանքներն էլ առավելապես խոսում են գերեվարման օգտին»,-նշեց նա:

Այս հարցով զբաղվում են Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը, Արտակ Զեյնալյանը, քանի որ կա միջպետական գանգատ, ներգրավվածություն ունի նաև ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը:

Նոյեմբերի 16-ին՝ կեսօրից հետո, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը հերթական անգամ հանցավոր կերպով ոտնահարել էր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և ինքնիշխանությունը՝ հարձակում գործելով արևելյան սահմանագոտու ուղղությամբ տեղակայված հայկական դիրքերի վրա և կիրառելով հրետանային միջոցներ, զրահատեխնիկա և տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներ։

Նոյեմբերի 16-ի մարտական գործողությունների արդյունքում հակառակորդն ունի մինչև 70 զոհված և վիրավոր զինծառայող, ինչպես նաև զինտեխնիկայի զգալի կորուստներ, մասնավորապես՝ 4 БТР զրահափոխադրիչ, 1 Sandcat զրահամեքենա, 5 ավտոմոբիլային միջոց (Камаз, Урал, УАЗ)։ Հայկական կողմն ունի 13 գերեվարված զինծառայող։ Եվս 24 զինծառայողի հետ կապը կորել է մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում և նրանց ճակատագիրն այս պահին անհայտ է։ Հակառակորդի վերահսկողության տակ է անցել երկու մարտական հենակետ։ Հայտնի է երկու զոհված զինծառայողի ինքնությունը:
