Ինչո՞ւ հեռացվեց Պաշտպանության նախարարը, ի՞նչ կապ ունի Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ՊՆ-ի հետ. Վահե Հակոբյան

Ամեն օր մեր երկիրը կանգնում է խնդիրների առաջ, ամեն օր պռոբլեմներ են առաջ գալիս։ Ամեն օր մենք գնում ենք նոր զիջումների։ Եվ վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա իրադարձությունները վերլուծելով մենք գալիս ենք  նրան, որ պարտությունը, որ մենք կրել ենք անցյալ տարի՝ շարունակական բնույթ է կրում։ Այսօր այս մասին ԱԺ-ում հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահե Հակոբյանը։    Հակոբյանի խոսքով, մենք չսահմանափակվեցինք Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը կորցնելով, փակվեց նաև Կապան-Ճակատեն ճանապարհը։

Ադրբեջանական զինուժն օրեցօր ավելի է խորանում մեր սուվերեն տարածքում։    «Հիմա մենք ինչ ունենք չոր մնացորդում՝ մենք ունենք այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ, ինչի մասին խոսվում է այսօր Կառավարության կողմից, դա H40-ն է, որը կապում է Գորիսը Կապանի հետ Տաթևով, այն ճանապարհով, որը խնդրահարույց է, ինչի մասին մենք բազմիցս ասում էինք, որ այդ նախագիծն արվել է սխալներով։ Եվ արդեն այդտեղ խնդիր կա, այնտեղ խոշոր խցանումներ կան, իսկ դա այ դեպքում, երբ դեռ ձյուն չի եկել, մառախուղ չկա և սառած չէ ճանապարհը»,-ասաց Հակոբյանը։    

Վահե Հակոբյանն անդրադառնալով Ճակատեն-Կապան ճանապարհին, նշում է, որ այն  կորցնելով,  600 հայրենակիցները՝ թվով 4 գյուղից՝ Սրաշեն, Ճակատեն, Շիկահող, Վերին Հանդ,   շատ բարդ կացության մեջ են։ Այսինքն, եթե նրանք մինչ այս 10 կմ հատում ու գնում էին Կապան,   ապա հիմա ստիպված պետք է գնան Մեղրիով, Քաջարանով՝ 150 կմ շրջանց կատարելով  հասնեն Կապան։   «Ի՞նչ է անում Կառավարությունն այսօր։ Փոխանակ փորձի լուծի անվտանգության հարցերը, ինքը բեմադրություններ է անում, նախարարներ է հանում, նախարար է նշանակում։ Ինչո՞ւ հեռացվեց Պաշտպանության նախարարը։ Ինքը պատշաճ դիմադրություն չէ՞ր իրականացնում, թե՞ հակառակը։ Ինչո՞ւ հանրությունը պատճառների մասին չգիտի։ Եվ ի՞նչ կապ ունի Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ՊՆ-ի հետ։ Էդ ամեն ինչը դնելով մի կողմ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է իր մանր վրեժխնդրությունը՝ կալանավորելով մեր գործընկերներին, մասնավորապես Արթուր Սարգսյանին։ Մեր գործընկերները խոսեցին դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանի մասին, և մեկ ուրիշ դատավոր, որը հանցանք գործելով, կալանքի տակ պահեց Առուշ Առուշանյանին։ Ու երբ մենք սրա մասին բարձրաձայնում ենք իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները հիստերիայի մեջ են ընկնում, ասում են որտեղից դուք գիտեք դա։ Եվ մեզանով պետք է զբաղվի ԱԱԾ-ն։ ԱԱԾ-ն կզբաղվի իրենցով, բայց երբ ԱԱԾ-ն  կաշխատի որպես իրական Ազգային անվտանգության մարմին։

Ես համոզված եմ, որ այս կառավարության ներքո մեր պարտությունը լինելու է շարունակական, կորուստները լինելու են շարունակական մինչև մեր պետականության կորուստը, որովհետև այս իշխանությունները չունեն հասկացողություն՝ ի՞նչ է   նշանակում պետական և ազգային շահ։ Իրենք ունեն մեկ շահ, դա իրենց աթոռներից կառչելն է»,-եզրափակեց Վահե Հակոբյանը։
