Նոյեմբերի 12-ին, ժամը 00.25-ին, ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Մոլդովական փողոցում կռիվ է, և լսվել է կրակոցի ձայն:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ոստիկանությունից։

Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ոստիկանության օպերատիվ խմբեր և պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի ծառայողներ:

Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության և Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողները համատեղ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզել են, որ ժամը 00.20-ին համակարգչային խաղերի սրահում մի խումբ երիտասարդներ վիճաբանել են, հարվածներ հասցրել իրար՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Վնասվածքներ ստացած 4 անձ հրաժարվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունից: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր մասնակիցների ինքնությունը պարզելու և նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Կատարվում է քննություն։

ԼՐԱՑՎԱԾ․ Նոյեմբերի 12-ին դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի (Խուլիգանությունը) 4-րդ մասի և 235-րդ հոդվածի (Ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության և Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած համատեղ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, դեպքին մասնակցած անձանց ինքնությունները։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում որոշում է կայացվել 24, 26 և 22 տարեկան տղամարդկանց քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու և ձերբակալելու մասին:

Նոր Նորքի քրեական հետախույզների բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ, նոյեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 00.59-ին, 24 և 26-ամյա տղամարդիկ ներկայացել են ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին։ Նրանք ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել են նախաքննական մարմնին։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
