Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը իրար կկապի թյուրքական աշխարհը. Ադրբեջանի նախագահ

Մինչ հայկական կողմը հայտարարում է, թե միջանքային տրամաբանությամբ որևէ հարց չի քննարկում, Ստամբուլում Թյուրքական խորհրդի գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցող Ադրբեջանի նախագահն այսօր վերստին խոսել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին՝ հայտարարելով, թե ղարաբաղյան պատերազմից հետ տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության միջոցների և ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման համար նոր հեռանկարներ են բացվել։

«Զանգեզուրի միջանցի բացումը մեծ հնարավորություններ կբերի ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար: Հուսով եմ, որ Հայաստանը ի վերջո կգիտակցի, որ օկուպացիոն քաղաքականությունից ինքն է տուժում, և շուտով կհրաժարվի Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներից: Հակառակ պարագայում շատ ավելի վատ վիճակում կհայտնվեն: Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը իրար կկապի թյուրքական աշխարհը և մեզ դուրս կբերի դեպի Եվրոպա», - ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։

Ալիևը հիշատակել է 2009 թվականին կառույցի հիմնադրման առիթով գումարված Նախիջանի համաժողովում իր ելույթը, որի ժամանակ ասել էր, թե «1920 թվականին սովետական իշխանությունները մասնատեցին Ադրբեջանը՝ Զանգեզուրի մի մասը տալով Հայաստանին»: Ադրբեջանի նախագահի խոսքով՝ հիմա տարածաշրջանային մեծ նախագծեր են մշակվել, որոնք կրկին կմիավորեն թյուրքական աշխարհը։

Համաժողովը հյուրընկալող Թուրքիայի առաջնորդն էլ ասել է՝ պատերազմում Ադրբեջանի հաղթանակը մեծ կարևորություն ունի թյուրքական աշխարհի համար. - «Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության վերականգնումը ամրապնդեց թյուրքական աշխարհի միասնությունը: Ղարաբաղում հաղթանակով ոչ միայն ազատագրվեցին օկուպացված տարածքները, այլև ճանապարհ հարթվեց տարածաշրջանում մնայուն խաղաղության, կայունության հաստատման և համագործակցության համար»:

Խոսելով թյուրքալեզու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական կապերի զարգացման մասին՝ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ընդգծել է խորհրդի անդամ երկրների միջև հաղորդակցության ընդլայնման կարևորությունը: Նա նշել է, որ Կասպից ծովով անցնող միջազգային տրանսպորտային գիծը և մյուս ուղիները տարածաշրջանը կդարձնեն տարանցիկ և լոգիստիկ կենտրոն՝ այս համատեքստում կարևորելով Ադրբեջանի կապը Նախիջևանի հետ:

Թուրքիայի նախագահը իր ելույթում նաև գովեստի խոսքեր է շռայլել Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հասցեին ղարաբաղյան հաղթանակի առիթով՝ Ալիևին պարգևատրելով Թյուրքական աշխարհի բարձրագույն շքանշանով: Ադրբեջանի նախագահն էլ իր հերթին երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Թուրքիային պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում ցուցաբերած մեծ աջակցության համար՝ նշելով, որ այժմ էլ նույն եռանդով միասին աշխատում են իրենց վերահսկողության տակ անցած տարածքների վերականգնման ուղղությամբ:

Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի, Ղազախսստանի, Ղրղըզստանի, Ուզբեկստանի և Թուրքմենստանի անդամակցությամբ Թյուրքալեզու երկրների խորհուրդը, որն այսուհետ կոչվելու է Թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպություն, հիմնադրվել է 2009 թվականին Նախիջևանի համաձայնագրով: Կազմակերպությունը արդեն գրասենյակ ունի Ստամբուլի Սուլթանահմեդի հրապարակի մերձակայքում, որն այսօր բացվեց նախագահ Էրդողանի գլխավորությամբ: Ստորագրվեց նաև կառույցի տեսլականն ու ապագա քայլերը ուրվագծող «Թյուրքական աշխարհ 2040» փաստաթուղթը:
