Ճակատենը և մի շարք հայկական գյուղեր կարող են հայտնվել շրջափակման մեջ. Tert.am

Այսօր կեսօրին ճանապարհով անցնելուց տեսա, որ 6-7 ադրբեջանցիներ կան Ճակատենի ճանապարհին, բահերով, քլունգներով ինչ-որ աշխատանքներ էին կատարում։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է  Ճակատեն համայնքի ղեկավար Արա Հարությունյանը։

«Մեկ ժամ անց գյուղում լույսի հետ կապված խնդիր կար, գնացի այդ հարցերը լուծելու, տեսա, որ այդ 6-7 հոգին դարձել են 20, կռունկով, 2 բեռնատար մեքենայով ինչ-որ աշխատանքներ էին կատարում։ Նրանց կողքին նաև ռուս խաղաղապահներ կային։

Ես տեսա, որ ինչ-բանի հիմքեր են փորում, թե ինչ, չեմ կարող ասել, բայց գյուղացիներից մեկը հեռվից տեսել է, որ այնտեղ վագոն-տնակ են տեղադրել, ժամը 5.30-ի դրությամբ այնտեղ ինժեներական աշխատանքներ էին կատարվում, հիմա չգիտեմ՝ ինչ վիճակ է»։

Համայնքի ղեկավարը նշեց, որ այստեղ մաքսակետ տեղադրելու դեպքում ոչ միայն Ճակատենը, այլև մի շարք գյուղեր հայտնվում են շրջափակման մեջ և կանգնում լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ։

«Դա միակ ճանապարհն է, որ կապում է Կապանի հետ, ինչպես պետք է սնունդ և այլ անհրաժեշտ մատակարարումներ ամեն, չգիտեմ։ Ասում են՝ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ են կառուցում, բայց դա 2 ժամվա բան չէ, դա բավականին դժվար ճանապարհ է, այն կառուցելու համար առնվազն 2 ամիս է պետք։ Կամ էլ մնում է Մեղրին, Քաջարանը շրջանցելու տարբերակը, որի համար մոտ 2 ժամ կպահանջվի։ Գյուղացիները ինձ հարցեր են տալիս, որոնց պատասխանները ես չունեմ»։
