Վարչապետի հաստիքում նստածի նախադասությունները ուղղակի պետական դավաճանության մասին խոստովանական ցուցմունք էին․ Աննա Մկրտչյան

Կառավարության նիստում տեղի ուենցածը և վարչապետի հաստիքում նստածի նախադասությունները ուղղակի պետական դավաճանության մասին խոստովանական ցուցմունք էին։ Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի հրատապ նիստին ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանը։

«Այն տեքստը գրած, որ ինքը բերել էր, ըստ որի՝ այն ինչ կատարվում է, Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքում չէ, այս ամենը ուղղակի պետական դավաճանության մասին է խոսում, քանի որ այն, ինչ այսօր տեղի է ունենում Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհին, դա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված տարածքներում է տեղի ունենում»,-ասաց նա։

Նա նշեց, որ այն, ինչ ասվում էիշխանության կողմից, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում։ «Տեղի է ունենում ընդամենը մեկ գործարք՝ Հայաստանի հանձնումը մաս-մաս, այն հերթականությամբ և ցանկությամբ, որով պայմանավորվել են թուրքերը՝ այստեղ իշխանությունը զավթած թուրքի ստրուկների հետ միասին»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այլ գործընթաց՝ իրավական, քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական չի իրականացվում։

«Հիմա բացառապես միակողմանի ՀՀ տարածքների հանձնում է տեղի ունենում»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ իրավական քարտեզ ասված եզրույթ չի կարող լինել:

«Որևէ իրավական հիմք ու հիմնավորում այսօր տեղի ունեցածը չունի և այս ամեն ինչը պարզապես շարունակությունն է անցած տարի նոյեմբերի 9-ին սկսած ազգակործան գործունեության, և այս գործունեությւոնը կարող է ավարտվել հստակ գնահատականներով ու գործողություններով՝ ուղղված նրանց դեմ, ովքեր նստած են Ազգային ժողովում որպես մեծամասնություն և նրանց, ովքեր զբաղեցնում են կառավարության պաշտոնները»,-ասաց նա։
