Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը երեկ հերքեց Սև լճի հատվածում հայ և ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողների միջև ծեծկռտուքի ու հայ զինծառայողների շրջափակման մեջ հայտնվելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները։
 
Եթե սա մի կողմ դնենք ու որպես իրականություն ընդունենք, մյուս կողմից ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանցիներն այս հատվածում որոշակի ակտիվություն են դրսևորում են, փորձում են ամրանալ։
 
Ադրբեջանի համար ռազմավարական առաջնահերթությունն այս փուլում Սյունիքն է, որի մատույցներում ամրանալու և կարևոր դիրքեր, բարձունքներ զբաղեցնելու համար մեծ ռեսուրսներ են դրվում։
 
ՀՀ-ից, ՌԴ-ից՝ միջանցքի գաղափարը հերքող հայտարարություններն, Ադրբեջանին ստիպում են մեծացնել ճնշումը։
Այս շրջափուլում, Ադրբեջանը փորձելու է ստիպել Հայաստանին՝ փոխելու իր դիրքորոշումը և միջանցքի տրամադրման հարցում ընդունել ադրբեջանական նախապայմանները։
 
Սա նշանակում է, որ ադրբեջանական ճնշումներն առաջին հերթին դրսևորվելու են սահմանագծին, իսկ դրա վտանգավորությունն առաջին հերթին կարող է արտահայտվել առաջնագծի խոցելի ուղղություններ ֆիքսելով և ձմեռային ամիսների առանձնահատկությունը հաշվի առնելով, նոր առաջխաղացում ապահովելու ձևով։
 
Նորմալ իշխանություն ունեցող երկրները, նման իրավիճակներում կլոունադայի փոխարեն լուրջ միջոցառումներ կիրականացնեին անվտանգության աստիճանի բարձրացման ուղղությամբ, իսկ Հայաստանի դեպքում իշխանության միակ անելիքը պետք է լինի առանց ցնցումների հեռացումը։ Դա բխում է և՛ երկրի, և՛ իրենց շահերից։
