«ՔՊ-ն Կապանում բաժանում է «ընտրակաշառք»` ԶՊՄԿ֊ում աշխատանք ունենալու խոստումների տեսքով». Արթուր Խոջաբաղյան

«Կապան համայնքի ընտրության հետ կապված նախկինում 2 գրառում էի արել, որով նպատակ ունեի քիչ թե շատ ազդել ՔՊ կեղծ քարոզչական թեզերի վրա։

Հիմա էլի մի անդրադարձ եմ ցանկանում կատարել, բայց այս անգամ խոսքս ավելի շատ ուղղում եմ ՔՊ համակիրներին, ովքեր ցայսօր դեռ հավատում են, որ ի դեմս ՔՊ-ի մենք ունենք չկոռուպացված, երկրի մասին գիշեր-ցերեկ մտածող, արդար եւ մաքուր հեղափոխական արժեքներ դավանող իշխող քաղաքական կուսակցություն։

Մի կողմ դնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ առաջինը «նագլիավարի» ոտնահարվեց կապանցիների ընտրության իրավունքը` ցրելով Կապանի ավագանին, հիմա իշխող ուժը կապանցիներին ստիպում է եւս մեկ անգամ մասնակցել ընտրություններին ու այդ ամբողջ ընտրական ծախսերը մեր պետ. բյուջեի հաշվին` փափագելով անց կացնել իր թեկնածուին։

Ունեմ հավաստի տեղեկություններ, որ ՔՊ-ն բաժանում է «ընտրակաշառք» կոմբինատում աշխատանք ունենալու խոստումների տեսքով։ Ու որպեսզի սովորական քաղաքացիների մոտ հավատ ներշնչեն, մի պահ պտտեցին լուրեր այն մասին, որ Տիգրան Ավինյանին նշանակում են կոմբինատի տնօրեն։ (Ու կապ չունի, որ լուրը հետո հերքվեց, այն կայծակնային տարածվեց Կապանում եւ ՔՊ խոստումներին իր բաժին հավատը ներշնչեց)։

Զուգահեռ նաեւ ազդակներ են տարածում, որ կոմբինատում աշխատող կամ կոմբինատի հետ աշխատող այն անձինք, ովքեր չսատարեն ՔՊ-ին, ընտրություններից հետո կզրկվեն աշխատանքից։

Մնում է հասկանալ թե ավել այդ մի քանի հարյուր (եթե ոչ հազար) հոգուն ինչպես են տեղավորվելու աշխատանքի կամ ում հաշվին։

Իմ սիրելի ՔՊ համակիր ընկերներ, սա ասում եմ, որ հետո Ձեր հիասթափությունն ավելի ծանր չլինի։
