Նոյեմբերի 9-ին հանդիպում անցկացնելու որևէ պայմանավորվածություն այս պահին չկա․ շատ կարևոր է այդ հանդիպումների կոնտեքստը, սիմվոլիկան, ակնկալվող պոտենցիալ արդյունքը․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Այս պահին նոյեմբերի 9-ին հանդիպում անցկացնելու որևէ պայմանավորվածություն չկա, Առաջին ալիքի «Հարցազրույց» հաղորդման ընթացքում ասաց Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«ԱԺ-Կառավարություն նախորդ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում ՀՀ արտգործնախարարն ասաց, որ կան բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ և գաղափարներ։ Մենք ընդհանրապես ասել ենք, որ մենք դեմ չենք հանդիպումներին, բայց շատ կարևոր է այդ հանդիպումների կոնտեքստը, սիմվոլիկան, այդ հայտարարություններից ակնկալվող պոտենցիալ արդյունքը։

Այնտեղ, որտեղ մենք կարող ենք արձանագրել արդյունք, մենք ոչ մի հանդիպումից չենք հրաժարվի։ Բայց ինքնանպատակ հանդիպումներ անելու կողմնակից չենք։ Կոնկրետ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հետ կապված կարող եմ ասել, որ այս պահին այդպիսի պայմանավորվածություն չկա», - ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ իր և Ալիևի միջև քննարկում է տեղի ունեցել՝ վարչապետն ասաց, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ ուղիղ շփումների մասին հանրությունը տեղյակ է, մնացածը ուղերձների փոխանակման շփումներ են, որոնք տեղի են ունենում տարբեր խողողավկներով։ 

«Ոչ, իհարկե, չի եղել, թերևս, ինչի մասին կարող լինել խոսքը։ Այս ընթացքում, գիտեք, որ դիվանագիտական առաքելություններ ենք ընդունում, նաև տեղի են ունեցել հայտնի շփումներ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնյաների միջև, մասնավորապես, Նյու Յորքում  ԱԳ նախարարները հանդիպեցին, եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբ կա, որը պարբերաբար հանդիպումների մեջ է։ Դրանից բացի, դիվանագիտական օտարերկրյա առաքելություններ են ժամանում Երևան, Բաքու, ուղերձներ են բերում, ուղերձներ են տանում, և խոսակցություն, որպես այդպիսին, միջնորդավորված միշտ էլ տեղի է ունեցել, միշտ էլ տեղի է ունենում։ Այստեղ որևէ անակնկալներ չկան։ Ուղիղ շփումներ, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել, հանրությունը գիտի, մնացածը ուղերձների փոխանակման շփումներ են, որոնք տեղի են ունենում տարբեր խողողավկներով»,- հավելեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
