Պուտինը հարված ստացավ. պետք չէր Հայաստանի հետ այդպես վարվել

ԼՐԱԳԻՐ / Մակրոնի հետ հանդիպմանը լուրջ հարված ստացավ: Եվ խնդիրը միայն նրա քարոզչական գործիքների վերաբերյալ Մակրոնի հայտարարությունը չէր, այլ դրանց առավել լայն համատեքստը:
Փարիզից Պուտինը վերադարձավ ձեռնունայն, եւ նախ հայտարարեց, որ Ֆրանսիայի հետ երկխոսությունը Սիրիայի հարցով չստացվեց հենց սկզբից (նկատի առնելով Օլանդին), այնուհետեւ թեւավոր հրթիռներ արձակեց Սիրիայում ԻՊ բազայի վրա, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության:
Ռուսաստանը խրվել է սիրիական ճահիճը եւ տանուլ տվել իր քաղաքականությունը ոչ միայն Մերձավոր Արեւելքում, այլեւ բոլոր ուղղություններով: Ռուսաստանը շարունակելու է կրակել այս ու այն կողմ, որի նպատակը, իմաստն ու «ռազմավարությունը» ոչ մի կերպ չեն երեւում: Դրանք հուսահատության կրակոցներ են՝ մենք դեռ կանք սկզբունքով:
Բացի այդ, Փարիզից վերադառնալուց հետո Պուտինը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել, որով չեղարկվել են Թուքիայի նկատմամբ սահմանված մի շարք հատուկ տնտեսական միջոցներ:
Ռուսաստանի հույսը մնացել է Թուրքիան՝ նրա միջոցով ազդելու Արեւմուտքի քաղաքականության վրա, ինչը քաղաքական անհամարժեքության ու շփոթվածության նշան է:
Իր հերթին, Արեւմուտքը կարծես թե գիտակցաբար է Ռուսաստանին մղում դեպի Թուրքիա, ինչն առավել արդյունավետ է դարձնում «կրկնակի զսպման» քաղաքականությունը:
Թուրքերը «բռնել» են Մոսկվային եւ իրենց պայմաններն են թելադրում, փաստացի միակողմանի զիջումներ ստանալով: Ինչպես գրում է քաղաքական մեկնաբան Պավել Դալլաքյանը, Ռուսաստանը դառնում է թուրքական սայլի հինգերորդ անիվը: Հինգերորդ անիվն ավելորդ ու անպետք բան է, եւ թուրքերն այն քարշ կտան այնքան ժամանակ, մինչեւ լուծեն իրենց խնդիրները:
Ռուսաստանն այս իրավիճակում է հայտնվել այդ թվում իր «հայկական քաղաքականության» արդյունքում: Այս քաղաքականությունը տեւում է արդեն մոտ մեկուկես դար, որի իմաստը եղել է թուրքերին հայկական շահերով ու հայաբնակ տարածքներով «կերակրելը»: Միայն վերջին հարյուրամյակում հայերից դատարկվել է ահռելի մի տարածություն՝ ներկայիս Ադրբեջանի, Նախիջեւանի ու Թուրքիայի տարածքում, ինչի հետեւանքները Ռուսաստանը զգում է ներկայում:
Եվ ներկայում էլ Մոսկվան կանգնած է նույն երկընտրանքի առաջ՝ ի՞նչ անել Հայաստանի հարցում: Ռուսաստանն ըստ էության հայտնվել է Հայաստանից կախված վիճակում: Դա Մոսկվայում հասկացել են, սակայն Երեւանում դժվար են պատկերացնում, առայժմ:
Սա կամ հայկական հերթական աղետի, կամ հայկական վերելքի սահմանագիծն է, որին հասել են Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանը «դարավոր բարեկամության» պատմական այս փուլում:
