Գերանը բռնեք և ծայրից, պարոն Նախարար

Ես այսօր հուզված եմ: Պարզվում է, հայրենի առողջապահության նախարարն իր դարդ ու ցավը թողել, որոշել է իմ առողջության մասին մտածել: Ու առողջության մասին մտածելը, արտահայտվում է սիգարետի գներ թանկացնելու, հասարակական վայրերում ծխելն արգելելու, Էլեկտրական սիգարետների ծավալները խթանելու օրենքի նախագծով: Այս ամենին գանք հերթով:

Նախ, առողջապահության համակարգը, կրթական ու ոստիկանական համակարգի հետ մրցում է կոռումպացվածների թոփ եռյակում հայտնվելու համար: Հայաստանում մարդիկ անգամ կատակում են, որ մահանալն ավելի էժան է, քան բուժվելը: Իհարկե, ինչպես բոլոր համակարգերում, այստեղ ևս կան ազնիվ մասնագետներ ու պրոֆեսիոնալներ: Բայց եկեք ընդունենք, որ խոտանը շատ է: Մարդիկ Հայաստանում պարզապես վախենում կամ խուսափում են բժշկի գնալուց: Իսկ դա անում են մի քանի նկատառումներից ելնելով: Ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցում, կաշառակերություն, անբարեհամբույր աշխատողներ, անբավարար պայմաններ և այլն:

Եթե այդ համակարգի աշխատողներին թողնես, անգամ բուժզննում անցնող նորակոչիկներից ` անալիզի համար կաշառք կվերցնեն: Էլ չենք խոսում վերջին շրջանում ավելացած ծննդկանների ու ծնված երեխաների մահվան դեպքերի, սխալ վիրահատությունների, սխալ ներարկումների, օգտագործված ասեղներով ներարկումների ու բազմաթիվ նմանատիպ երևույթների մասին:

Բժշկական համալսարանը դարձել է օլիգարխների երեխաների ժամանցի վայր: Հստակ գնացուցակ կա, թե ով ինչպես է ստանալու քննություն կամ որ ծանոթի միջոցով: Այդ բուհն ավարտում են ուսանողներ, որոնք հարցաթերթիկի վրա, սեփական անուն ազգանունի, ասենք ` Պողոս Պողոսյան, գրելու փոխարեն, տառացի գրում են ` Անուն Ազգանուն: Ու այս համակարգի պատասխանատուն մտածում է մեր առողջության մասին: Գնա քո առողջության մասին մտածի և համակարգի: Շնորհակալ ենք: Լավագույն հաբը մեր առողջության համար կլինի այն, որ դու և քո խունտան, պարոն նախարար, հանգիստ թողնեք այս երկիրը:

Ու այս մառազմի հիմնավորում բերում են եվրոպական փորձը: Մինչև եվրոպական փորձի այս դրվագին հասնելը, դեռ շատ խնդիրներ ունեք լուծելու: Երբ որ Դանիայի կամ Գերմանիայի կրթության ոլորտում աշխատողի չափ աշխատավարձ կտաք ` 3000-5000 եվրո, այդ ժամանակ էլ, սիգարետը կդարձնեք 6-10 եվրո կամ հազար դրամ:

Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ Ձեր վերարտադրվելու համար, բավականին շատ փող եք ծախսել ու հիմա ուզում եք հետ բերել: Հասկանում ենք նաև, որ Ձեր ասած էլեկտրոնային սիգարետները եվրոպական շատ երկրներում արգելել են: Ու հիմա այստեղ, շատ հավանական է, որ ինչ որ մեկի շահերն եք սպասարկում: Ինչպես պնդեցի վերտառության մեջ ` գերանը ծայրից բռնենք, Ձեր թերություններին անդրադարձեք, այլ ոչ թե փուշ ման եկեք:
