Քովիդով հիվանդների ենք տեղափոխում ու չենք կարողանում ախտահանել մեքենան, նախարարությունը նույնիսկ դիմակ չի տրամադրում. Շտապօգնության վարորդ (տեսանյութ)

Վերադասին տեղեկացրել ենք խնդրի մասին, իրենք տեղյակ են, կարծում եմ՝ ինչ-որ մոտեցումներ կլինեն։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Շտապօգնության թիվ 6 ենթակայանի վարիչ Կարինե Եգորյանը` անդրադառնալով շտապօգնության վարորդների բողոքի ակցիային և նրանց բարձրացրած հարցերին։

«Գործադուլի դեպք առաջին անգամ է տեղի ունենում, միշտ եղել են պահանջներ, բայց դրանք այսպիսի ընթացք չեն ունեցել։ Մարդկային առումով իրենք հասկացել են, որ չի կարելի Շտապօգնության մեքենան կանգնեցնել, որովհետև գործ ունեն հիվանդի հետ։ Եթե մարդը գործ ունի հիվանդի հետ, նա պետք է իր անձնականը պետք է կողք դնի»,– ասաց նա։

Տնօրենը նշեց, որ եթե, այնուամենայնիվ, շտապ դեպք է լինում, վարորդները արձագանքում են։ «Օբյեկտիվորեն, եթե նայում ենք, իհարկե, ցածր է աշխատավարձը, բայց եթե այս պահին իրենք չգնան կանչերի, բարձրանալո՞ւ է աշխատավարձը։ Կանչերը շատ են, ծանրաբեռնված են աշխատում, բայց, երբ գործ ունես հիվանդի հետ, գիտես, որ հիվանդը քո կարիքը ունի և չարձագանքել կանչին, կարծում եմ նորմալ չէ»,– ասաց նա։

Վարորդները նշեցին, որ եթե տնօրենը տեղյակ է պահել վերադասին, ինչու որևէ մեկը չի հանդիպել իրենց հետ։ «Հասկանում ենք, որ աշխատավարձը մի ժամում չի բարձրանալու, բայց թող գան, ասեն` գնացեք աշխատեն, հաջորդ ամսվանից ձեր աշխատավարձը կբարձրանա։ Աշխատանքի ընդունվելուց պայմանները այսպիսին չի եղել»։

Վարորդները նշեցին, որ իրենք տեղափոխում են նաև քովիդով հիվանդների, այդպիսով նպաստելով վարակի տարածմանը, նույնիսկ ախտահանման ժամանակ չունեն։

«Նախկինում մեկ ժամ ախտահանվում էր մեքենան, հիմա կանչերի շատ լինելու պատճառով չենք հասցնում ախտահանել։ Նախարարությունը նույնիսկ դիմակ չի տալիս, ամբողջ օրվա մեջ 2 դիմակ են տալիս, այն դեպքում, երբ մոտ 10 քովիդով հիվանդների հետ ենք շփվում, ղեկավարությունը ասում է` մենք գումար չունենք ձեր պահանջները կատարելու համար»։
