«Նախկին իշխանությունների կողմից թույլ տրված բոլոր սխալներն ուղղելի են, այս իշխանությունների կողմից թույլ տված սխալները՝ անդառնալի»,-«Սիվիլնեթ»-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար, ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը։

Նա նշել է, որ դեռ 2019-ի ամռանը ինքն արդեն աշխատանքից ազատվելու որոշում է ունեցել, որի մասին երկու անգամ տեղեկացրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, իսկ սեպտեմբերին արդեն հրաժարականի հայտարարությունն է հրապարակել։

«Մենք տարբեր ընկալումներ ունեինք իրավիճակի հետ կապված՝ անվտանգային համակարգի վերաբերյալ։ Ես իմ հրաժարականի հայտարարության մասին մանրամասն շարադրել եմ պատճառները։ Փակագծերը բացելով կասեմ, տարբեր ընկալումներ ենք ունեցել Արցախի, բանակի հարցերում, նաև ներքին անվտանգության մասով։ Արդյունքը եղավ Արցախյան երրորդ՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմն ու այն հետևանքները, որոնք մենք ունենք»,-ասաց Վանեցյանը։

Նա նաև նշեց, որ համաձայն չի եղել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Արցախը Հայաստանն է, և վերջ» հայտարարությանը հետ, այդ մասին ասել է Փաշինյանին, նաև խնդրել, որ նման հայտարարություններ չանի։

«Մենք այսօր ունենք մի աղետալի վիճակ, մեր հայրենիքի արցախյան հավածի 75 տոկոսի կորուստ, հազարավոր զոհեր, մոտ 10 հազարին հասնող խեղված ճակատագրեր՝ վիրավորված, անօթևան մնացած մարդիկ։ Այս ամենի թիվ մեկ մեղավորն այսօրվա իշխանություններն են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ»,-ասաց նա։

Վանեցյանի խոսքով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տիրապետել է խնդիրներին, սակայն քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկվել անվտանգային միջավայրի ուժեղացման համար։
