Արմեն Սարգսյանը մեկնել է Միացյալ Թագավորություն

Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը մեկնել է Միացյալ Թագավորություն՝ մասնակցելու Գլազգոյում կայանալիք ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի կողմերի 26-րդ համաժողովին (COP26):

Գլազգոյի համաժողովը համանախագահելու են Միացյալ Թագավորությունն ու Իտալիան:

Քննարկումներին մասնակցելու են պետությունների ղեկավարներ, կլիմայի փոփոխության փորձագետներ, գործարար ու քաղաքացիական հանրության առաջնորդներ:

Համաժողովը նպատակ ունի մշակել կլիմայի փոփոխության դեմ պայքարի համաձայնեցված գործողությունների ծրագիր: Դրան են ուղղված օրակարգային թեմաները՝ օգնել համայնքներին՝ պատրաստ լինել կլիմայի փոփոխության ամենավատ ազդեցություններին, մոլորակի կենսաբազմազանությունը պահպանելու նպատակով պաշտպանել և վերականգնել բնական միջավայրերը և էկոհամակարգերը, արագացնել անցումը մաքուր էներգիայի՝ խթանելով քիչ ծախսատար վերականգնվող աղբյուրների օգտագործումն ու պահեստավորումը, մաքրել օդը` արագացնելով զրոյական արտանետման տրանսպորտային միջոցների օգտագործումն ամբողջ աշխարհում, խրախուսել և բացահայտել ֆինանսական համակարգերի զարգացումն ու կանաչ աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը:

Հայաստանի նախագահը ելույթով հանդես կգա համաժողովին շրջանակում կայանալիք Համաշխարհային առաջնորդների գագաթնաժողովում: Համաժողովի շրջանակում նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը նաև երկկողմ հանդիպումներ կունենա:
