2015-2020 թթ. Արցախի իրավապահ մարմինները բացահայտել են արցախա-իրանական սահմանին թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հետ կապված հանցագործությունների 17 դեպք

2015-2020թթ. ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Արցախի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից բացահայտվել է արցախա-իրանական սահմանին թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հետ կապված հանցագործությունների 17 դեպք: Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի դատախազությունից։

ԱՀ նախաքննական մարմնի կողմից վարույթ է իրականացվել նշված հանցագործությունների առնչությամբ հարուցված ընդհանուր 4 քրեական գործով, որոնցով որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել 11 անձ:

Հիշյալ քրեական գործերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են դատարան, որոնցով կայացվել են մեղադրական դատավճիռներ: Որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված 11 անձից 8-ը դատապարտվել էր որոշակի ժամկետով ազատազրկման (2-ի նկատմամբ նշանակված պատիժը պայմանականորեն չէր կիրառվել), 2-ի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվել էր համաներման ակտի կիրառմամբ, իսկ 1-ի նկատմամբ` գործուն զղջալու հիմքով:

Վերոնշյալ քրեական գործերով առգրավվել ու ոչնչացվել է 4920,5 գրամ հաշիշ, 2189 գրամ ափիոն, 2783,689 գրամ մզվածքային ափիոն, 11,6 գրամ մարիխուաննա, 1450,143 գրամ մեթամֆետամին, 2892 գրամ կոկաին տեսակի թմրամիջոց:

Վերոհիշյալ տեղեկությունները բավարար են եզրահանգելու համար, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմինները իրենց հնարավորությունների շրջանակում մշտապես պայքար են մղել Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածք թմրամիջոց ներմուծելու և դրանց ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցավոր դեպքերի կանխման, խափանման, նման արարք կատարած անձանց բացահայտման և քրեական պատասխանատվության ու պատժի ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ: Բացառություն չէր կազմել նաև արցախա-իրանական սահմանը, որը վերահսկողության տակ էր պահվում ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինների հետ փոխգործակցությամբ:
