Սահմանին վիճակը վտանգավոր է դառնում

Armtimes / «Մինչ մենք տաք կաբինետներում տարբեր գույնի ու ձեւի չինովնիկներ ենք ընդունում, փորձում մարդասպանների մեջ մարդկության փոքր նշույլներ գտնել, սահմանում իրականում վիճակն ավելի ու ավելի վտանգավոր է դառնում։ Ու ամենավատ սցենարը կանխելու համար այսօր շատ վճռական քայլեր են պետք». այս կարծիքին է ռազմական փորձագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:

- Պարոն Մելիք-Շահնազարյան, ի՞նչ նկատի ունեք, երբ ասում եք, որ իրավիճակն ավելի ու ավելի վտանգավոր է դառնում:

- Նկատի ունեմ միջադեպը, որ գրանցվեց ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանի հյուսիսային հատվածում եւ թշնամու կողմից արձակված կրակի հետեւանքով հայկական զինված ուժերը նորից կորուստ ունեցան: Սրանից ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն ամեն անգամ փորձում են բանակցությունները տապալել եւ ի չիք դարձնել միջնորդների ջանքերը: Այն իրադարձությունները, որ տեղի են ունենում սահմանին, առիթ են տալիս մտածելու, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից արվող հայտարարություններն, ընդհանրապես, չեն արտացոլում այն իրողությունը, որ կա հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին: Սկսում եմ մտածել, որ իրականում վտանգներն ավելի շատ են եւ նրանց լավատեսությունը որեւէ հիմք չունի:

- Բայց արդյո՞ք սա այն սովորական դարձած լարվածությունը չէ, որ հաջորդում է համանախագահների այցին, նախագահների հանդիպմանը, տոներին եւ այսպես շարունակ:

- Ես կարծում եմ, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի նպատակներից մեկն էլ հենց այն է, որ նման լարվածությունները սովորական դարձնեն: 1, 2, 3 տարի առաջ սարսափելի էին մահացու ելքով զարգացումները, հիմա արդեն սովորական են դարձել: Ադրբեջանը փորձում է անցնել երկրորդ փուլին՝ սովորական դարձնել մինիպատերազմները, այնպիսի պատերազմները, որոնք մենք տեսանք ապրիլին: Կարծում եմ, որ հայկական պետությունների անվտանգությունը պահանջում է, որ ամեն նման միջադեպ շատ սուր ընկալվի եւ սովորական չընկալվի: Միայն սուր ընկալման եւ քաղաքական դիրքորոշման խստացման պարագայում հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել այսպիսի իրավիճակներից:
