ՀՀ-ում կարգելվի հասարակական վայրերում ծխելը

ՀՀ-ում կարգելվի հասարակական վայրերում ծխելը: Այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանում չափահաս տղամարդկանց ավելի քան 55%-ը ամենօրյա ծխողներ են, իսկ կանանց 3%-ն է ծխում, սակայն շատ են նաև սոցիալական ծխողները (ոչ ամեն օր):

Ալթունյանի խոսքով՝ այս տարի օրենսդրական խիստ փոփոխություններ են լինելու, ինչի արդյունքում արգելվելու է ծխելը հասարակական վայրերում, գրում է Armtimes.com-ը:

«Ռեստորաններում չեն լինելու առանձին խցիկներ, քանի որ պայքարը ոչ թե չծխողների մոտ չծխելն է, այլ՝ ընդհանրապես չծխելը: Փոփոխությունների ծրագիրը, չնայած դեռ ամբողջությամբ պատրաստ չէ, այնուամենայնիվ, հիմք ունի Հայաստանում ծխողների թիվը 30-40%-ով կրճատել: Արգելվելու է ծխախոտի գովազդն ամբողջությամբ, այդ թվում նաև՝ խանութներում, տուփերի վրա լինելու են սարսափելի նկարներ, անցկացվելու են բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր՝ ծխելը թողնելու համար և, որ նախարարի և ներկայացուցիչների կարծիքով ամենաէֆեկտիվն է, թանկանալու է ծխախոտը», - ասել է Ալթունյանը:

Օրենսդրական այս փոփոխությունները չեն կիրառվելու էլեկտրոնային ծխախոտների վրա, սակայն առաջիկայում հնարավոր է՝ սահմանվեն որոշ չափորոշիչներ: Ծրագրի առաջին կետերից մեկն արդեն իրագործել են՝ ուղարկելով sms-ներ հայաստանյան բոլոր բաժանորդներին, որտեղ ներկայացված են պաշտոնական տվյալներ՝ կապված մահացության և հիվանդությունների հետ:

Աշխարհում մոտ 7 մլն մարդ մահանում է ծխելուց, իսկ 600.000-ը պասիվ ծխելու արդյունքում: Շատ են նաև հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած մարդիկ և ծանր վիրահատությամբ բուժվածները:
