Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարները քննարկել են երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացումը

Ադրբեջանի և Իրանի արտգործնախարարներ Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը և Հասեյն Ամիր Աբդոլահիանը հեռախոսազրույցում քննարկել են երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների ներկա վիճակը, հայտնում է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն։

«Նախարարները դրական են գնահատել վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում հարաբերությունների զարգացումը, փոխադարձ դրական քայլ են որակել նաև Իրանի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների նախազգուշացումը Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը հարգելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի` երկու իրանցի վարորդների ազատ արձակումը»,- ասվում է ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ:

Հեռախոսազրույցին անդրադարձել է նաև Իրանի արտգործնախարարը` Թվիթերում գրելով, որ համապարփակ հարաբերությունների ճանապարհային քարտեզի շուրջ անկեղծ, ջերմ և կառուցողական զրույց է ունեցել Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ։ Նա նաև նշել է, որ Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունների և ժողովուրդների միջև կապերը կընդլայնվեն փոխադարձ հարգանքի լույսի ներքո, փոխանցում է IRNA գործակալությունը:

Օրերս Ադրբեջանի պետական մաքսային կոմիտեն հաղորդել էր, որ «Ադրբեջանը Իրանին է վերադարձրել բեռնատարների երկու վարորդներին, որոնք ձերբակալվել էին Հայաստանից Ղարաբաղ մտնելու փորձի ժամանակ»:

Սեպտեմբերի 12-ին Գորիս-Կապան միջպետական ճանապարհի Որոտանի հատվածում Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող Էյվազլի բնակավայրի մոտ ադրբեջանական ոստիկանությունը նոր հսկիչ կետ էր հիմնել՝ սկսելով կանգնեցնել և ստուգել իրանական բեռները Հայաստան տեղափոխող վարորդներին, նաև նրանցից ճանապարհային տուրք պահանջել: Արդյունքում սեպտեմբերի 15-ին երկու իրանցի վարորդ ձերբակալվել էին Ադրբեջանի իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից:

Այս միջադեպը լարվածության պատճառ էր դարձել իրանա-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններում: Ադրբեջանի պետական մաքսային կոմիտեն հայտարարել էր, որ իրեց տարածքով անցնող իրանական բեռնատարերից մաքսային վճար պահանջելը համապատասխանում է երկրի կանոնադրությանը: Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն էլ հայտարարել էր՝ Թեհրանը հարգում է հարևան երկրների տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, նաև հույս էր հայտնել, որ ձերբակալված երկու իրանցի վարորդներն անհապաղ ազատ կարձակվեն:

Կրքերը է'լ ավելի բորբոքվեցին, երբ Իրանի գերագույն հոգևոր առաջնորդը, ապա նաև երկրի արտգործնախարարը հայտարարեցին, թե չեն հանդուրժի սիոնիստների և ահաբեկիչների ներկայությունն իրենց սահմանների անմիջական հարևանությամբ: Ի պատասխան, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը զգուշացրել էր Իրանին՝ չխառնվել իրենց ներքին գործերին:

Թեհրանից և Բաքվից հնչող փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներն ու սպառնալիքները ուղեկցվել էին նաև լայնածավալ զորավարժություններով միմյանց սահմանների մոտ: Ցամաքային վարժանքներից հետո Իրանի ռազմաօդային ուժերն են մասշտաբային զորավարժություն սկսել:
