Ռամկավարների երկու «խմբակ»՝ ներսից ու դրսից ցեխ են շպրտում միմյանց վրա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Առաջին անգամը չէ, որ երկրի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները հյուրընկալում են Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցության կենտրոնական վարչության ատենապետ, Բուենոս Այրես նահանգի Ներկայացուցիչների Պալատի նախկին պատգամավոր Սերխիո Նահապետյանին ու նրա ղեկավարած պատվիրակությանը:

Ի դեպ, այս պատվիրակությունը նախորդ նորանշանակ և նորընտիր պաշտոնյաների հետ նույնպես հանդիպել է: Հիմա հերթը այս ԱԺ–ինն ու կառավարությանն է, որի շրջանակներում էլ կրկին հանդիպումների նոր շղթա է սկսվել: «Երեկ» ԱԺ նորընտիր նախագահի մոտ էին, այսօր ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի, գուցեև վաղն էլ ՀՀ նախագահի հետ հանդիպեն:

Բայց հետաքրքիր է, որ ամեն անգամ, երբ նրանք գալիս են ու նման հանդիպումներ ունենում, այդպես էլ հստակ պարզ չի դառնում, թե ինչու է քաղաքական դաշտում ռամկավարական փոթորիկ բարձրանում, թե ինչու են դրսի ռամկավարներն այդքան ուզում, որ Հայաստանում գործող ՀՌԱԿ–ը փակվի և այլն:

Նախկինում կուսակցական դրոշի շուրջ կռիվ էլ եղավ դրսի ու ներսի ռամկավարների միջև: Բայց անկեղծ ասած, որքանով որ պարզ չէ, թե հայաստանյան կառույցն ինչ դիրքորոշում ունի երկրի արտաքին և ներքին քաղաքականության մասին, այդպես էլ պարզ չէ, թե դրսի ռամկավարներն ինչպես են պատկերացնում Հայաստանի կյանքին դրսից հետևելն ու մշտապես ժողովրդի կողքին լինելը:

Սերխիո Նահապետյանն այս անգամ հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանում իրենց թույլ չեն տալիս անգամ կուսակցական նշաններ կրել, ինչի դեմ նրանք ևս պայքարելու են:

Ավելի ուշ ՌԱԿ հայաստանյան կառույցը հայտարարություն տարածեց, թե տվյալ անձինք ինքնակոչներ են, ոչ մի երկրում պետականորեն ճանաչված չեն, չեն ներկայացնում ՌԱԿ–ը և Հայաստանում նույնպես ՌԱԿ–ի անունից հայտարարություններ կատարելու լիազորություններ չունեն:

Ավետիքյանը մամուլին ասել է, որ 91 թվականից կուսակցությունը պաշտոնապես գրանցված է Հայաստանում և այս պահին կենտրոնական վարչության ատենապետն ինքն է, իսկ այդ փոքրիկ խմբակի հետ իրենք որևէ կապ չունեն:

Ստացվում է, որ երկրի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները Հ. Ավետիքյանի տեղը չգիտեն, բայց փոխարենը տարիներ շարունակ շփվում են ինչ–որ անհայտ մի խմբակի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Նման դեպքում հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչու է կառավարությունն այնքան հարգանքով վերաբերում «այդ փոքրիկ խմբակի» հետ, իսկ 91–ից Հայաստանում գրանցված կուսակցությանն ու ատենապետին ո՛չ նկատում է, ո՛չ էլ ընդունում:
