Ագարակի բնակիչների խոսքով՝ Փելա սարի վրա և՛ հայկական, և՛ ադրբեջանական դիրքեր կան

Չնայած Սյունիքի մարզից եկող պաշտոնապես չհաստատված լուրերին, թե սահմանին գտնվող Փելա սարն անցել է ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ, «Ազատության» տեսախցիկն այսօր սարի գագաթին արձանագրեց ինչպես Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանի դրոշները։

Փելա սարից շուրջ երկու կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Ագարակ գյուղի բնակիչների խոսքով՝ սարի վրա և՛ հայկական, և՛ ադրբեջանական դիրքեր կան։

«Փելա սարում անմիջապես իրար կողք են, Փելա սարի շարունակությունը դեպի Խդրանցի հետևը, այդտեղ էլ քարի հետևը իրենք են, էս կողմը մերոնք են, ռուսները մենակ, որ կտրված քար է, միջով ճանապարհը գնում է, այդտեղ են կանգնում», - ասաց ագարակցիներից մեկը։

Բնակիչները Փելա սարի մասին լուրերը հեռուստատեսությամբ են տեսել, սակայն չգիտեն՝ դիրքային փոփոխություն եղել է, թե ոչ. «Դիրքային ոչ մի փոփոխություն, ուղղակի էս ներքևում մի ամիս առաջ էր, թե երկու ամիս առաջ կլինի, այդ Եմազլուի էն կողմի իրանց պոստը ավելի մոտ են եկել մեր պոստին, մեր պոստի տակն ա էլի անմիջապես։ Թեկուզ էդ իրանց հողն ա, բան չունեմ ասելու, միայն դիրքային փոփոխությունը դա էր։ Փելա սարից անտառի միջով ներքև իրանք պոստեր են ավելացրել, դա իրենց խնդիրն է, իրենց հողն է, ես բան չեմ կարող ասել»։

Ագարակցիներն ասում են՝ այս ամիսների ընթացքում միջադեպերի ականատես չեն եղել։

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը Փելա սարի հատվածում ադրբեջանական ուժերի առաջխաղացման մասին Կապանի համայնքապետի և սյունեցի ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի պնդումներից օրեր անց միայն հայտարարություն տարածեց՝ պնդելով, թե «Փելա սար կոչվող տարածքում դիրքային փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել, և ՀՀ սահմանապահ զորքերը շարունակում են իրականացնել պետական սահմանի պահպանությունը նշված հատվածում»։

Կապանի քաղաքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանն ավելի վաղ տեղական հեռուստաընկերությանը ասել էր, թե սարը դեռ դեկտեմբերին է զիջվել, և այս ընթացքում տեղում հսկողություն են իրականացրել ռուս սահմանապահները։ Բայց օրերս, ըստ քաղաքապետի՝ իր համար անհայտ պատճառներով, ռուսներն իջել են ռազմավարական բարձունքից, և վերահսկողությունն անցել է Ադրբեջանին։

Այսօր արդեն քաղաքապետը հրաժարվեց հարցազրույցից, նրա խոսնակը փոխանցեց, որ Փարսյանը ծանրաբեռնված է հանդիպումներով և «Ազատությանը» ժամանակ տրամադրել չի կարող։

Ըստ բնակիչների՝ ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ է Փելա սարի մյուս կողմը, որտեղով էլ անցնում էր Ագարակը և հարակից մի քանի գյուղեր Կապանին կապող հիմնական ճանապարհը։ Նրանք այդ ճանապարհից չեն օգտվում դեկտեմբերից, երբ ադրբեջանական ուժերը հաստատվեցին բնակավայրերի մերձակայքում։ Կա ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ անցած տարածքը շրջանցող այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ, որը և՛ ավելի երկար է, և՛ ավելի վատ որակի, սակայն, այն, ըստ ագարակցիների, այժմ վերանորոգվում է։

Փելա սարի մասին Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության հակիրճ հայտարարությունից բացի որևէ այլ պաշտոնական պարզաբանում չի հնչել։ Երեկ պաշտպանության փոխնախարարն ասել էր, թե զինվորական դիրքերի մասին հարցերը պետական գաղտնիք են համարվում և հրաժարվել էր մեկնաբանությունից։
