Աֆղանստանի ՆԳ նախարարը հողամասեր է խոստացել մահապարտ-ահաբեկիչների ընտանիքներին

Թալիբների կառավարությունում Աֆղանստանի ՆԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սարաջուդդին Հաքանին փող և հագուստ Է բաժանել զոհված մահապարտ-ահաբեկիչների ազգականներին, ինչպես նաև խոստացել է հողամասեր տրամադրել այդ ընտանիքներին: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել է նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Քարի Սայիդ Հոսթին:

Նշվում է, որ Հաքանին այդ հանդիպումն անցկացրել է Քաբուլի ամենահայտնի Intercontinental հինգաստղանի հյուրանոցում, որը կառուցվել է դեռ Զահիր-շահ թագավորի օրոք՝ օտարերկրացի զբոսաշրջիկներին ընդունելու համար: Հաքանին բարձր Է գնահատել «նահատակների զոհաբերությունը»՝ նրանց անվանելով «իսլամի և երկրի հերոսներ»:

«Հանդիպման վերջում նա 10 հազարական աֆղանի (ավելի քան 110 դոլար) և հագուստ է բաժանել ընտանիքներին… և հողամաս է խոստացել յուրաքանչյուրի համար»,- Հոսթին գրել է Twitter-ի իր օգտահաշվում: Օգոստոսի սկզբին թալիբներն ակտիվացրեցին հարձակումը կառավարական ուժերի վրա: Օգոստոսի տասնհինգին զինյալները մտել են մայրաքաղաք և հաջորդ օրը հայտարարել, որ պատերազմն Աֆղանստանում վերջացել է: Օգոստոսի վերջին երկու շաբաթներին Քաբուլի օդանավակայանից, որը գտնվում էր ԱՄՆ-ի զինվորականների պահպանության ներքո, ընթանում էր Արևմուտքի երկրների քաղաքացիների և նրանց հետ համագործակցող աֆղանցիների տարհանում: Լույս օգոստոսի 31-ի գիշերը ԱՄՆ-ի զինվորականները լքել են Քաբուլի օդանավակայանը՝ վերջ դնելով ամերիկյան գրեթե 20-ամյա ռազմական ներկայությանը Աֆղանստանում:

Սեպտեմբերի 6-ին թալիբները հայտարարել են, որ Փանջշերն աֆղանական 34 նահանգներից վերջինն է, որը մարտերից հետո անցավ իրենց հսկողության ներքո, և հաջորդ օրը հայտարարեցին Աֆղանստանի ժամանակավոր կառավարության կազմը: Այն գլխավորել է Մոհամադ Հասան Ախունդը, որը «Թալիբան»-ի առաջին կառավարման ժամանակ զբաղեցրել Է ԱԳ նախարարության ղեկավարի աթոռը և 2001 թվականից գտնվում Է ՄԱԿ-ի պատժամիջոցների ներքո, հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
