Դատարանն ընդմիջեց նիստը՝ պարզելու Արմեն Գևորգյանի պաշտպանի բացակայության պատճառները

Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանն (Շենգավիթի նստավայր) այսօր շարունակեց ԵԴ/0253/01/19 գործով քննությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի փաստաբանական գրասենյակից:

Նիստը բացելուց հետո նախագահող դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը հայտնեց, որ ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գևորգյանի պաշտպան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը տեղեկացրել է դատարանին, որ չի կարող ներկայանալ նիստին մեկ այլ դատական նիստով ծանրաբեռնված լինելու պատճատով։ Բացակա էր նաև Գևորգյանի մյուս պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը։ Վերջինիս բացակայության պատճառների մասին տեղեկություն չուներ ո՛չ դատարանը, ոչ Գևորգյանը։

Պաշտպանի բացակայության պատճառները դատավոր Դանիբեկյանը պատրաստվում էր ճշտել հաջորդ նիստին։ Դատախազ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանի կարծիքով, Լուսինե Սահակյանի բացակայության պատճառներն անհարգելի են, և նման վարքագծով պաշտպանը նպատակ ունի անհնարին դարձնել սույն գործով դատավարությունը։ Դատախազը միջնորդեց դատական սանկցիա կիրառել պաշտպանի նկատմամբ հենց իր բացակայության պայմաններում։

Արմեն Գևորգյանը հիշեցրեց, որ իր նոր պաշտպան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը մի քանի անգամ խնդրել է դատական նիստերն այլ օր նշանակել, որպեսզի ինքը կարողանա ներկայանալ։ Դատավորի հարցին՝ թե ինչու Գևորգյանը չի կարողանում հիմա զանգահարել և պարզել Լուսինե Սահակյանի բացակայության պատճառները, Արմեն Գևորգյանը պատասխանեց․ «Մինչև հիմա դատարանն իմ բոլոր միջնորդությունները մերժել է, իրավունքներս խախտել, և հիմա դուք ինձ խնդրում եք պարզել պաշտպանի բացակայության պատճառները։ Մինչև նիստի սկսելը դատարանի աշխատակազմից զանգահարեիք և պարզեիք»։

Դատարանը հայտարարեց ընդմիջում, որպեսզի փորձի պարզել Լուսինե Սահակյանի բացակայության պատճառները։
