Կոչ ենք անում Վանո Սիրադեղյանին հուղարկավորել Կոմիտասի անվան պանթեոնում: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայ ազգային Կոնգրեսը:
 
«Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին իր մահկանացուն կնքեց նշանավոր պետական գործիչ, ականավոր գրող, Ղարաբաղ կոմիտեի անդամ, Հայոց Համազգային Շարժման հիմնադիր անդամ, Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրեսի վարչության անդամ Վանո Սիրադեղյանը՝ մեր սիրելի Վանոն։
 
 
Արձակագիր Վանոյի արժեքը և իրական տեղը հայ գրականության մեջ լավագույնս ներկայացված է մեծն Հրանտ Մաթևոսյանի հետևյալ տողերում․ «Հայ գրականության մեջ Վանոյի կարիքը կար, Վանոյի տեղը նշված էր ու պարապ էր։ Արձակի անունով հարյուրավոր, հազարավոր էջեր էինք լրացրել․ երբեմն շատ հաջողված՝ Ստեփան Զորյան, Ակսել Բակունց, Հակոբ Մնձուրի, Աղասի Այվազյան։ Մեծ արձակի ծարավի ընթերցողն, այնինչ, իր համաշխարհային պրոզայի ղողանջն ուզում էր լսել իր՝ հայոց լեզվի աշխարհից, իր լեզվի, իր մշակույթի, իր արձակի պատվախնդիր այդ ընթերցողը իր գրողից հայցում էր այն էջերը, որ կհայտնաբերեին իր և իր լեզվի կարողությունը՝ հարաբերվելու աշխարհի պատումային մեծ արվեստի հետ։ Վանոն ահա լեցնելու էր և լեցնում էր այդ պարապը։»
 
Անուրանալի է Վանոյի դերը ղարաբաղյան շարժման կազմակերպման, Հայաստանի անկախության նվաճման, պետականության կերտման և ղարաբաղյան պատերազմում հայ ժողովրդի տարած հաղթանակի գործում։ Ներքին գործերի նախարար Վանո Սիրադեղյանն էր, որ սեղմ ժամկետում արմատախիլ արեց հանցավորությունը և անհաշտ պայքար մղեց հանցագործ աշխարհի դեմ, նաեւ թույլ չտալով վերջինիս մասնակցությունը քաղաքական գործընթացներին (մի քաղաքականություն, որը գլխովին շրջվեց քոչարյանական կառավարման տարիներին)։ Երկուսուկես տարի տևած արյունալի պատերազմում հաղթանակն անհնարին կլիներ, եթե Վանոյի ղեկավարած նախարարությունը չապահովեր Հայաստանի ներքին անվտանգությունն ու կարգուկանոնը և օրհասական պահին չկազմակերպեր Լաչինի միջանցքի պաշտպանությունը։
 
Հետագայում, 1998 թվականի պետական հեղաշրջումից հետո, ուրանալով Վանո Սիրադեղյանի մեծագույն ներդրումը հայոց պետականության կայացման գործում, Ռ․ Քոչարյանի վարչակազմը շինծու և ստորագույն մեղադրանքներով հալածանքներ սկսեց նրա նկատմամբ, ինչի հետևանքով Վանոն դարձավ քաղաքական վտարանդի։ Ցավոք սրտի, Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանությունները ոչինչ չարեցին քոչարյանական ռեժիմի գործած այդ ապօրինությանը վերջ դնելու համար։
 
Ժամանակն է վերականգնելու պատմական արդարությունը։ Հաշվի առնելով Վանո Սիրադեղյանի՝ գրականության եւ պետական կառավարման բնագավառներում հայ ժողովրդին մատուցած ծանրակշիռ ծառայությունները, կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանի կառավարությանը՝ Վանո Սիրադեղյանին հուղարկավորել Կոմիտասի անվան պանթեոնում»։
