Ադրբեջանցիները Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի մերձակայքում մեծ թափով շարունակում են շինաշխատանքները

«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնը համառոտ տեղեկություններ է հրապարակել ընթացիկ շաբաթվա ժամանակամիջոցում մամուլում և սոցիալական ցանցերում շրջանառվող լուրերի մասին:

Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանների շուրջ ծավալվող զարգացումների մասին

Շաբաթվա սկզբնամասում սոցիալական ցանցերում և լրատվական կայքերում տեղեկություններ էին տարածվում այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանցիները մեծ թափով շարունակում են Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի աջ և ձախ հատվածներում սկսած շինարարական աշխատանքները։ Անզեն աչքով էլ երևում է, որ ադրբեջանցիները կառուցում են բենզալցակայան ու մաքսակետ։

Երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 12:00-ից սկսած Երասխ գյուղը թշնամու կողմից կրկին ենթարկվել է թիրախային գնդակոծության: Ադրբեջանցիները դիտավորյալ կրակոցներով ժամը 13:15-ի սահմաններում հրդեհել են Երասխ համայնքի բնակչի խոտի 8 հազար հակ: Ոչնչացվել է ձմռան ողջ պաշարը։

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ևս մեկ անգամ բարձրաձայնել է ՀՀ սահմանների շուրջ անվտանգության ապառազմականացված գոտի ստեղծելու և ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներին ՀՀ գյուղերի հարևանությունից, համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներից անհապաղ հեռացնելու գործընթացի մասին:

Նշենք, որ ՄԻՊ-ի այդ առաջարկն արդեն տեղ է գտել միջազգային կոնկրետ փաստաթղթում՝ ԵԽԽՎ 2021թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ի թիվ 2391 (2021) բանաձևում:

Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը հոկտեմբերի 14-ի երեկոյան հարձակվել են նաև Արցախի Մարտունու շրջանի Նոր Շեն բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ։ Բախում է տեղի ունեցել նաև Ասկերանի շրջանի Հարավ գյուղի ուղղությամբ։ Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ հայկական կողմից եղել է 6 վիրավոր։

Ռուս խաղաղապահները տեղում միջոցներ են ձեռնարկել իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնելու համար։ Թշնամին շարունակել է հրադադարի խախտումները նաև հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, Արցախի հյուսիսարևելյան ուղղությամբ՝ գնդակոծելով ՊԲ–ի սանիտարական մեքենան:

Իրադրությունն այսօրվա դրությամբ հանգիստ է։

«Բայց բոլոր այդ ճանապարհները լինելու են Հայաստանի սուվերեն վերահսկողության տակ ու այս առումով մենք և՛ հրապարակային ենք խոսել, և՛ մեր գործընկերներին ենք սրա մասին ասել», - ասել է ԱԽ քարտուղարը։
