Ինչո՞ւ Ստեփանակերտն այլևս ամեն օր տեղեկություն չի հրապարակելու սահմանի մասին

ՀՀ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի խոսքով` Արցախի ՊԲ–ի ամենօրյա հաղորդագրությունները գաղտնիություն են պարունակում։

 Արդեն մի քանի օր է` Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակը հրադադարի պահպան ռեժիմը խախտելու վերաբերյալ հաղորդագրություններ չի հրապարակում։ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանը երկուշաբթի լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց, որ Արցախի ՊԲ-ի հաղորդագրությունները հակառակորդը կարող է օգտագործել ռազմական նպատակներով։

Մովսես Հակոբյանն ասաց, որ այդ որոշման մտահղացումը նաև իրենն է:

«Այդ որոշումը կայացվել է, որովհետև ՊՆ-ն որոշակի տեղեկություն էր տրամադրում, որը պարունակում է գաղտնիություն։ Սակայն որևէ տեղեկություն, որը վերաբերում է հասարակությանը, առանձնապես՝ զինծառայողների առողջությանը և կյանքին, անպայման հաղորդվելու է, օրինակ, որ զինվոր է վիրավորվել կամ զոհվել: Բայց չի նշվի, թե որտեղ, որ զորամասից կամ որ ուղղությամբ է դեպքը տեղի ունեցել»,- նշեց նա։

Նրա խոսքով` մեր թույլ կողմերից մեկը նաև տնտեսությունն է, ներդրումների փոքր ծավալը։

Ցանկացած ներդրող նաև հետախույզ է, որն ուսումնասիրում է տվյալ երկրի իրավիճակը։ Երբ նա տեսնում է, որ երկրում «պատերազմ» է, հրաժարվում է ներդրումներից։ Ըստ Հակոբյանի` համացանցում այնքան շատ է «ծաղկացրած» տեղեկությունը, որ անգամ իրեն թվում է, թե երկրում վաղուց պատերազմ է սկսվել։
