ՌԴ-ն առանցքային դեր է խաղում ղարաբաղյան խնդրի լուծման, Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում. Փաշինյանը` Պուտինին

Մեր այսօրվա հիմնական հարցը տարածաշրջանային կարգավորումն է՝ երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով, Մոսկվայում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ընդունելիս ասել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը: Ռուսաստանի նախագահը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետի հետ քննարկելու են ընթացիկ հարցերը թե՛ պաշտոնական, թե՛ ոչ պաշտոնական միջավայրում, ապա միասին ճաշելու են:

«Ղարաբաղյան խնդիրը մնում է չկարգավորված, խնդրի լուծման, ինչպես նաև Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում Ռուսաստանն առանցքային դեր է խաղում», - իր հերթին հանդիպման մեկնարկին հայտարարել է Հայաստանի վարչապետը:

Սա Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների արդեն չորրորդ դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպումն է այս տարվա մեջ։ Կառավարությունից հայտնում են, որ նրանք քննարկել են նոյեմբերի 9-ի և հունվարի 11-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունների կատարման ընթացքին, տարածաշրջանում կայունության ամրապնդման, տնտեսական կապերի վերականգնման հետագա քայլերին ու տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին վերաբերող հարցեր։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Վլադիմիր Պուտինն անդրադարձել են նաև հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների օրակարգային, ինչպես նաև ինտեգրացիոն միավորումներում հետագա փոխգործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցերի: Մամուլի ասուլիս կամ հայտարարություն բանակցություններից հետո նախատեսված չէ:

“Коммерсантъ”-ը, օրինակ, հղում անելով Հայաստանի կառավարական օղակներում իր անանուն աղբյուրին, երեկ գրել է, թե Հարավային Կովկասում Իրանի և Թուրքիայի մասնակցությամբ ապակայունացման սպառնալիքը մտահոգում է Երևանին, առավել ևս, որ այդ գործընթացների էպիկենտրոնը գտնվում է Հայաստանի հարավային սահմանների մոտ։ «Հայաստանը ցանկանում է ստանալ իր հարավային շրջանների անվտանգության երաշխիքներ Մոսկվայից», - գրում է պարբերականը։

Արդեն երրորդ օրն է` Մոսկվայում է նաև Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը: Նա երեկ հանդիպել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուի հետ: Հայաստանի ռազմական գերատեսչությունը միայն այսօր հաղորդագրություն տարածեց այցի մանրամասների մասին` հայտնելով, որ նրանք հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկել են պաշտպանական ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական համագործակցությանը, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային իրադրությանը և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանն առնչվող հարցեր:

Երեկ էլ Մոսկվա էր ժամանել Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսը, նա այսօր հանդիպել է Մոսկվայի և Համայն Ռուսիոյի Կիրիր Պատիրարքի հետ, իսկ վաղը կկայանա տարածաշրջանի հոգևոր առաջնորդների եռակողմ հանդիպում` Ադրբեջանի հոգևոր առաջնորդի մասնակցությամբ: Գարեգին Երկրորդն այսօր շեշտել է, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ու Հայաստանն այսօրվա դժվարին ժամանակները կկարողանան հաղթահարել «Աստծո օգնությամբ», հավատքի, բարեկամ երկրների, առաջին հերթին Ռուսատանի աջակցությամբ:
