ԱՄՆ-ի ահաբեկչությունը սովորական ինքնաթիռով էր. ադրբեջանական չվերթերն անվտա՞նգ են մեզ համար

Sputnik Արմենիայի սյունակագիր Արմեն Դուլյանն անդրադարձել է այս օրերին մեծ աղմուկ հանած Բաքու-Նախիջևան չվերթին, որն իրականացվել էր Հայաստանի օդային տարածքով։

Եկեք անկեղծ լինենք։ Այն բանից հետո, երբ այս շաբաթ ադրբեջանական քաղաքացիական ինքնաթիռը թռիչք կատարեց Հայաստանի օդային տարածքով, հանրությունը երկու մասի բաժանվեց՝ զարմացածներ և զարմացածների վրա զարմացածներ։

 

Այսինքն՝ որոշ մարդիկ տարակուսեցին՝ ինչպե՞ս թե, ուղիղ մեկ տարի առաջ Ադրբեջանի զորքերը լայնածավալ հարձակում էին ձեռնարկել, հայերը կորցրին մոտ 4000 զինվորական ու մինչև հիմա էլ ստիպված են համակերպվել տխուր իրողության հետ, որ ադրբեջանցիները վերահսկում են այն տարածքները և կարևոր ավտոճանապարհը, որոնք հայաստանցիները միշտ իրենցն են համարել։

Ավելին, Բաքվից պարբերաբար պնդումներ են հնչում, որ իրենցն է Զանգեզուրը, Սևանա լիճը ու նույնիսկ Երևանը։

Եվ այս պայմաններում մենք շատ հանգիստ թույլատրում ենք, որ մեր նկատմամբ այդպես տրամադրված երկրի ինքնաթիռներն առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի սավառնեն մեր երկնքում։ Երևի չեք վիճի՝ իսկապես զարմանալու առիթ կա։

 

Իհարկե, կարելի է համաձայնել այս փաստարկին, բայց արժե նաև հիշել, որ ամենաահավոր ահաբեկչական գործողությունը Ամերիկայում 10 տարի առաջ իրականացվեց ոչ թե ռազմական տեխնիկայի, այլ հենց սովորական քաղաքացիական ինքնաթիռների օգնությամբ։

Էլ չեմ ուզում փաստել, որ քաղաքացիական ինքնաթիռն էլ շատ հանգիստ հնարավոր է լցնել զենքով՝ ավտոմատներով, գնդացիրներով, նռնակներով, նռնականետներով, ականանետներով, վերջապես՝ բավական փոքր չափսեր ունեցող դյուրակիր զենիթահրթիռային համալիրներով՝ «Իգլաներով»։

 

Մյուս կողմից, իրոք կարելի է զարմանալ այն մարդկանց վրա, որոնք ասում են. «Վա՜յ, այս ի՞նչ եղավ, ինչպե՞ս կարելի էր նման բան թույլ տալ»։ Նրանք ուղղակի չեն հիշում, որ ընդհուպ մինչև 2014 թվականն ադրբեջանցիները լավ էլ օգտվում էին հայկական երկնքից, հետո հենց իրենք չուզեցին, մենք ոչինչ չարգելեցինք։ Այսինքն` որևէ նոր բան մեզ համար «դե յուրե» չկա։

Ավելին, անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին նույն աղմուկը բարձրացավ, երբ Ամանորից մի քանի օր առաջ թուրքական ավիաընկերության ինքնաթիռը Ստամբուլից թռիչք կատարեց դեպի Բաքու։ Այն ժամանակ Հայաստանի քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն հստակ բացատրեց։

Պարզապես մեջբերեմ. «Օդային տարածքը կարգավորվում է միջազգային ավիացիոն կազմակերպությունների կանոնակարգերով, ինչը բացառում է որևէ խտրականություն։ Տվյալ ընկերությունը և բազմաթիվ այլ ընկերություններ կարող են օգտվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օդային տարածքից, և դրանում որևէ արտառոց կամ նոր բան չկա»:

Համաձայնե՛ք, իդեալական լուծում՝ միջազգային կազմակերպություններին համոզում են, որ ամեն ինչ կարգին է, երկինքը պայմանավորվածության համաձայն բոլորի համար բաց է, բայց երբ հարցնում ես՝ դե ուրեմն հաջորդ շաբաթ կարո՞ղ եմ օգտվել ձեր օդային տարածքից, պատասխանում են՝ ընդհանրապես այո, բայց կոնկրետ այս անգամ, կներեք, ոչ։
