Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հարցազրույցը ռուսական «РБК» հեռուստաընկերությանը (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը ՌԴ կատարած պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակում բացառիկ հարցազրույց է տվել ռուսական «РБК» առաջատար հեռուստաընկերությանը:

Իլյա Դորոնովի հետ ծավալուն զրույցի ընթացքում Ալեն Սիմոնյանն անդրադարձել է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների դաշնակցային բնույթին, ՌԴ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին, խոսել տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված քայլերի եւ 44-օրյա պատերազմի հաղթահարման ուղիների մասին: Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է՝ հայկական կողմը ռազմական լուծումների կողմնակից չէ, հարցերը պետք է խաղաղությամբ լուծվեն:

Ստորեւ մասնակի կրճատումներով ներկայացնում ենք հարցազրույցից հատվածներ.

«Շատ կարեւոր է, որ առաջին արտասահմանյան այցը տեղի ունեցավ մի երկիր, որը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դաշնակիցն է, եւ անձամբ ինձ համար շատ կարեւոր էր առաջին հերթին Մոսկվա գալը: Կարծում եմ՝ այցն ամբողջությամբ հաջողված է»,-ասել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանը՝ հավելելով, որ հանդիպումների ընթացքում առաջարկել է գնալ խնդիրներին կոնկրետ լուծումներ տալու ճանապարհով:  Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել միջազգային հարթակներում նախապես որոշ չափով քննարկելու դիրքորոշումները՝ ավելի համաձայնեցված աշխատելու համար:

ԱԺ նախագահի հետ զրույցում հաղորդման հեղինակը հետաքրքրվում է թե՞ հետաքրքրվել է մեր երկրում պատերազմի հետեւանքների հաղթահարման մասին:

«Դժվար է ուշքի գալ, երբ ամեն օր տեղեկանում ենք ռազմագերիների մասին, երբ հարազատները սպասում են իրենց երեխաներին, եղբայրներին, ամուսիններին: Շատ դժվար է, երբ տարածաշրջանում ամեն ամիս Թուրքիան եւ Ադրբեջանը զորավարժություններ են անցկացնում բառացիորեն մի քանի կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա»,-ընդգծել է Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը:

Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին եւ Ադրբեջանի հետ հնարավոր շփումներին՝ ԱԺ նախագահը փաստել է. «Չափազանց դժվար է պատկերացնել երկու ժողովուրդների խաղաղ գոյակցությունը մի իրավիճակում, երբ, օրինակ, Բաքվում կառուցում են, այսպես կոչված «ռազմավարի պուրակներ», ցուցադրվում են վառվող կամ զոհված հայ զինվորների մանեկեններ»:

Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության եւ դրան հաջորդած ժամանակահատվածի  իրադարձությունների շուրջ: ԱԺ նախագահը խոսել է Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական կեցվածքի, այդ երկրում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների ու գերեւարված եւ անհետ կորած անձանց անհապաղ վերադարձի մասին:

«Ադրբեջանի զինվորները Հայաստանի տարածքում են: Մենք առաջարկեցինք հայելային հետ քաշվել, մինչեւ սահմանազատմամբ հստակեցնենք սահմանագծերը, սակայն ադրբեջանական կողմը դեռ չի արել դա: Սրանք կարեւորագույն հարցերն են գերիների վերադարձի հետ մեկտեղ»,-ասել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանը:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաեւ հետպատերազմական Հայաստանին եւ քաղաքական ճգնաժամի հանգուցալուծմանն ուղղված արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին:
