Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության հարցը` կրկին ՄԱԿ-ում

Բաքուն համաձայն է կարգավորել հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ՝ միմյանց ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ճանաչելու հիմքով, ՄԱԿ-ում հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի մշտական առաքելության առաջին քարտուղար Վադիմ Գուսմանը։

«Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդների միջև 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին և 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին ստորագրված եռակողմ փաստաթղթերը եզակի հնարավորություն են ստեղծում Հարավային Կովկասում տևական խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն հաստատելու համար՝ միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար նորմերի և սկզբունքների հիման վրա», - ըստ ՏԱՍՍ գործակալության` ասել է ադրբեջանցի բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետը։

Վադիմ Գուսմանն ասել է, թե Բաքվի առաջնահերթությունն է վերակառուցել «ազատագրված տարածքները», վերականգնել տրանսպորտային ու հաղորդակցության կապերը՝ տեղահանված անձանց անվտանգ վերադարձի համար։

«Ադրբեջանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է կարգավորել հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ՝ միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականության հանդեպ հարգանքի հիման վրա՝ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների շրջանակներում։ Մենք ակնկալում ենք նույն արձագանքը Հայաստանից», - ասել է ՄԱԿ-ում Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության առաջին քարտուղարը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ ՄԱԿ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Դավիթ Կնյազյանը իր ելույթում ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանը խախտում է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը:

«2021 թվականի մայիսից սկսած Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ զինված ոտնձգությունը Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի ուղղությամբ, որն ուղեկցվում է Ադրբեջանի բարձր ղեկավարության տարածքային անխոհեմ պահանջներով, կարող է ավելի մեծացնել լարվածությունը և ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում՝ լրջորեն սպառնալով տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային խաղաղությանը և անվտանգությանը»,- ասել է հայաստանցի դիվանագետը:

Այսօր Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մևլյութ Չավուշօղլուն Լվովի համալսարանում իր ելույթի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև համագործակցության կարող են հասնել միայն նորարարական և նախաձեռնող դիվանագիտության ճանապարհով:

Նա նշել է, որ Սևծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպությունը միակ կառույցն է, որը միավորում է վիճելի հարցեր ունեցող երկրներին՝ Ռուսաստանին, Ուկրաինային, Թուրքիային, Հունաստանին, Ադրբեջանին և Հայաստանին: Թուրքիայի արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը ընդգծել է, որ այս կազմակերպության ստեղծումը 30 տարի առաջ՝ ԽՍՀՄ-ի փլուզումից անմիջապես հետո հենց նորարարական գաղափար էր, և այսօր էլ այդ կառույցը ներդրում ունի տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության խթանման գործում:

Վերջին շրջանում Թուրքիան ջանում է մեծացնել իր ազդեցությունը Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում և հաշտարարի դեր ստանձնել հակամարտող կողմերի միջև: Անկարայից պարբերաբար դրական հայտարարություններ են հնչում Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ: Միևնույն ժամանակ թուրքական իշխանությունները այս գործընթացը կապում են Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հաշտեցման հետ:

Հայաստանից էլ ամենաբարձր՝ վարչապետի մակարդակով հայտարարում են, որ դեմ չեմ հայ-թուրքական երկխոսությանը, սակայն դա չպետք է կապվի Ադրբեջանի պահանջած Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի հետ։
