Արման Թաթոյանը Հռոմում միջազգային մի շարք առաջատար ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների պատմել է Ադրբեջանում հայ գերիների խոշտանգումների և ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների խախտումների մասին

ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացնում է, որ Հռոմում հանդիպում է ունեցել միջազգային մի շարք հանրահայտ լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ․ «Երեկ Հռոմում առանձին հանդիպում եմ ունեցել The Guardian, Times, France 24, DW Germany, Stampa Estera, Rai, Al Ghad TV և այլ լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ ներկայացնելով ադրբեջանական կողմի խոշտանգումները հայ գերիների նկատմամբ՝ ապացույցներով, ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների խախտումները ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների հանցավոր արարքներով։

Հատուկ անդրադարձել եմ անվտանգության ապառազմականացված գոտի ստեղծելու ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հայեցակարգին։ Նշել եմ, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ում բանաձևում ևս ներառվել է մեր առաջարկը, քանի որ փաստերով հիմնավորել ենք դրա անհրաժեշտությունը։

Անդրադարձել եմ նաև պատերազմից հետո ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների անօրինական տեղակայումներին ՀՀ համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին, հանցավոր արարքներին, ինչը վտանգել է մարդկանց կյանքն ու առողջությունը, ոտնահարում է նրանց իրավունքները, իսկ Գեղարքունիքում և Սյունիքում ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժումների պատճառով առավել ևս տեղի են ունենում սահմանային բնակիչների կենդանիների գողություններ, սպառնալիքներ քաղաքացիական անձանց նկատմամբ, կրակոցներ և այլ հանցավոր արարքներ։

Մանրամասն ներկայացրել  եմ Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների վերադարձի հրատապությունը՝ շեշտելով, որ անտեսված են միջազգային պահանջները և նրանք պահվում են ռազմաքաղաքական սակարկությունների նպատակով:

Բացատրել եմ, որ իրավունքների խախտումների, այդ թվում՝ խոշտանգումների ու անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի հիմքում ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հայատյացության և թշնամանքի քաղաքականությունն է, որ շարունակվում է և ֆաշիզմի դրսևորումներով է:

Ադրբեջանական նման քաղաքականությունը, երբ հայատյացությունն ու հայասպանությունը խրախուսվում են պետական մակարդակով, լրջորեն վտանգում է մարդկանց խաղաղ կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը, երկու ժողովուրդների խաղաղ գոյակցության հեռանկարները:

Հատուկ նշել եմ, որ ադրբեջանական խաղաղասիրական կոչերը պարզապես շղարշ են միջազգային հանրության համար։

Փոխանցել եմ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի զեկույցները և պայմանավորվել ենք համագործակցել հետագայում:

Հանդիպման կազմակերպման հարցում հատուկ շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում Իտալիայում Հայաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ծովինար Համբարձումյանին և դեսպանության աշխատակիցներին»։
