Ադրբեջանցիների մտքով անգամ չի անցել, որ Շուշին պետք է հայտնվի Ադրբեջանի կազմում. Գեղամ Նազարյան

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, քաղաքագետ Գեղամ Նազարյանը, ում որդին զոհվել է այս Պատերազմում, գրում է.

«Երբեք ու երբեք բանակցային սեղանի վրա դրված չի եղել Շուշին Ադրբեջանին որևէ կերպ, որևէ ձևով հանձնելու տարբերակը։ Եթե ինձ չեք հավատում, ապա հարցրեք բոլոր ժամանակներում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահողներին, լինեն ռուս, ֆրանսիացի, թե ամերիկացի։

Եվ հիմա, երբ վարչախմբի առաջնորդը նման պնդումներ է անում, փորձել այս կամ այն կերպ, այ կամ այն հնարքով հաստատել նրա ասածը, առնվազն բարոյական չէ։

Այո, ադրբեջանցիները մշտապես պնդել են, որ ադրբեջանցիները վերադառնան Շուշի։ Այն ադրբեջանցիները, որոնք մինչ 1992 թվականի մայիսը բնակվել են այնտեղ։ Իհարկե, այդ հարցը ընդամենը քննարկվել է, սակայն հիմա խոսենք ամենակարևորի մասին։

Անելով նման առաջարկ, ադրբեջանցիների մտքով անգամ չի անցել, որ Շուշին պետք է հայտնվի Ադրբեջանի կազմում կամ այնտեղ պետք է ադրբեջանցիների անվտանգությունն ապահովեն ադրբեջանցի զինվորները։

Ադրբեջանցիները երազում էին վերադառնալ Արցախի Հանրապետության Շուշի քաղաք։ Սա միշտ հիշեք և մի փորձեք խաբել մարդկանց, նրանց թյուրիմացության մեջ գցել օգտագործելով մանիպուլյացիոն տարբեր հնարքներ։

Առավել ևս մի օգտագործեք ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Տրուբնիկովի անունը, որն ընդամենը 20 տարի առաջ հայկական կողմին է փոխանցել ադրբեջանական կողմի խնդրանք-առաջարկները։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նախագահության շրջանում, համոզված եմ նաև դրանից հետո Ադրբեջան-Շուշի ոչ միջանցքի, ոչ էլ հատուկ կապի մասին որևէ հարց չի քննարկվել։

Ինչ վերաբերում է այն պնդմանը, թե քննարկվել է Նախիջևանը Ադրբեջանին կապող ճանապարհի հարցը, ապա դրա մասին այնքան հրապարակումներ, այնքան հարցազրույցներ կան, որ ավելորդ է անգամ խոսել դրա մասին։

Իսկ հիմա ամենակարևորի մասին. ինչ առաջարկներ, ինչ խնդրանքեր են եղել կամ չեն եղել, կարևորն այն է, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը Շուշին Ադրբեջանին չի հանձնել և չի խոստացել գանձնել։ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը խաղաղության դարաշրջան սկսելու անվան տակ չի փորձել Սյունիքը երկու կես անել և Ադրբեջանին միջանցք տրամադրել։

Այնպես որ մի փորձեք մարդկանց թյուրիմացության մեջ գցել կամ խաբել։ Դա շատ վատ գործ է, շատ վատ զբաղմունք։

Եվ ամենավերջում անպայման ուզում եմ շեշտել, երբ ասում եք, գրում եք, թե 2001-ի հուլիսի 10-ին Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարի տեղակալ Վյաչեսլավ Տրուբնիկովը Երևանում նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և հայ պաշտոնյաների հետ զրույցում նշում էր, որ պետք է կենտրոնանալ երեք հիմնական հարցերի վրա․
1. ադրբեջանցի փախստականների վերադարձ Շուշի,
2. Ադրբեջանի կապը Շուշիի հետ,
3. Ադրբեջանի ելքը Նախիջևան՝ Մեղրիով, ու այդքանով ավարտում եք ձեր խոսքը, ապա հուշում եք, հանրությանն ակնարկում, որ այդ առաջարկությունները հնչել ու անցել գնացել է։

Իսկ հանրությունն էլ հիշում է, որ երբ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը նախագահ էր Շուշին մերն էր, որ ադրբեջանցիները Շուշին, ավելին Բերձորն ու Քարվաճառը վերցնելու մասին անգամ չէին երազում, որ մինչև այս վարչախմբի հայտնվելը Շուշի Երևանից երեխաները էքսկուրսիա էին գնում, իսկ մեղրեցիներն ու կապանցիները Երևան կամ Իջևան գնալուց ստիպված չէին լինում անցնել ադրբեջանցի զինվորի թրի տակով։ Այս սա է իրականությունը»։
