Փաշինյանին խորհուրդ եմ տալիս դադարեցնել էժան մանիպուլյացիաները

ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանը երեկ կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ դարձյալ փորձեց խայթել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ նրան մեղադրելով թշնամու հետ դավադիր խաղերի` օպերատիվ կապի մեջ։ Նա հիշեցրեց. «Եվ իր իսկ նշած այդ օպերատիվ կապն ակնհայտ է, որ ծառայում է բացառապես պայմանավորվածությունների, խոստումների, միգուցե նաեւ... թուրքի կողմից տեղեկությունները՝ իր մասին, շանտաժի տարբերակով չհրապարակելու համար...»։ Եվ հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք նա ունի՞ մի կաթիլ հայրենասիրություն, որ գնա՝ ինչ-որ մեկին թողնելով իշխանությունը եւ հնարավորություն տալով բոլորիս՝ փրկվելու եւ փրկելու մեր հայրենիքը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց, թե այդ օպերատիվ կապը Մկրտչյանի խմբակցության ղեկավարն է ապահովել.

«Գնացեք խմբակցությունով սենյակում հարցաքննեք, կտտանքների ենթարկեք, թող խոստովանի՝ էդ ինչ ա պայմանավորվել եւ ում հետ։ Եթե պայմանավորվել ա դավաճանության մասին, ինձ չի զեկուցել ինքը, եթե Ձեզ զեկուցել ա, ուրեմն դա իրա անձնական նախաձեռնությունն ա եղել, եւ, ուրեմն, կարծում եմ՝ մեր ազգային անվտանգության մարմինները պետք ա ձեր խմբակցության ղեկավարով ու Ձեզնով զբաղվեն, տենան՝ էդ ի՞նչ դավաճանական պայմանավորվածությունների մասին եք խոսել, ու դավաճանական պայմանավորվածությունների մեջ մտնող մարդու գլխավորած ցուցակի մեջ Դուք ի՞նչ գործ եք ունեցել ընդհանրապես... Եվ զգույշ եղեք, եթե էդ համառությամբ տենց հետեւողական գնաք եւ էդքան տեղեկատվություն ունեք,  կարող ա պարզվի, որ դավաճանական շրջանակում եք գտնվում, գուցե դո՞ւրս գաք խմբակցությունից կամ իրե՞ն հեռացնեք խմբակցությունից»:

Վանեցյանը, հիշեցնենք, ընդամենը մեկ տարի է զբաղեցրել ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնը։ Նա երեկ դահլիճում չէր։ Նիստից հետո Արթուր Վանեցյանին հարցրինք, թե ինչպես կարձագանքի Փաշինյանի ակնարկներին, ինչո՞ւ չի խոսում ու չի ներկայացնում այդ օպերատիվ կապի մանրամասները։
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին խուսափեց պատասխանել կոնկրետ հարցին։ Նա այս անգամ էլ խուսափեց պատասխանատվությունից։ Ինչ վերաբերում է նրա հոգեհուզական դրսեւորման հետեւանքով արտաբերած հերթական անհեթեթությանը, ապա բազմիցս մեկնաբանել եմ, որ ես՝ որպես ԱԱԾ տնօրեն, իմ լիազորությունների շրջանակում, իսկապես, ապահովել եմ օպերատիվ կապ։ Այդ օպերատիվ կապը վերաբերել է բացառապես պետության անվտանգությանը, սահմանային դեպքերին եւ մարդկանց առողջությանն ու կյանքին։

Մինչդեռ մամուլում հրապարակվել է քաղաքական հարցերով օպերատիվ կապ ապահովողի գոյության մասին, որը չի հերքվել։ Այսինքն՝ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական հարցերով օպերատիվ կապով զբաղվել է մեկ այլ անձ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պետք է առանձնահատուկ հիշեցնեմ, որ իմ կողմից իրականացվող կապը կոնկրետ դեպքից հետո զգալի նվազել էր, որից հետո՝ ամբողջությամբ կասեցվել։ Փաշինյանին խորհուրդ եմ տալիս դադարեցնել էժան մանիպուլյացիաները, քանի որ ես, առնվազն, նրան մի քանի անգամ բացատրել եմ, որ հատուկ ծառայություններում գաղտնի տեղեկության հետ առնչություն ունեցած նախկին պաշտոնյաներն իրավունք չունեն բացահայտել ծառայության ընթացքում իրենց հայտնի դարձած գաղտնի տեղեկությունները»,- ասաց Վանեցյանը։
