Թեհրանի և Բաքվի միջև լարվածությունն աճում է. Le Monde-ի անդրադարձը

Ֆրանսիական Le Monde պարբերականն անդրադարձել է Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված իրավիճակին, մասնավորապես՝ իրանա-ադրբեջանական լարվածությանը:

«Զորավարժություններ, սուր դիտողություններ. լարվածությունն Իրանի և նրա հյուսիսարևմտյան հարևան Ադրբեջանի միջև աճում է: Թեհրանը մեղադրում է Բաքվին այն բանի համար, որ իր վաղեմի թշնամուն՝ Իսրայելին, թույլ է տվել «սադրիչ գործողություններ» իրականացնել իրանա-ադրբեջանական սահմանին: Իրանցի ղեկավարներն ասում են, որ չեն հանդուրժի Իսրայելի գործողությունները կամ «աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխությունները տարածաշրջանում և սահմաններին»: Ադրբեջանը պատասխանում է՝ ասելով, որ դրանք «անհիմն մեղադրանքներ են», գրում է Le Monde-ը:

«Իրանը վախենում է Իսրայելի աճող ազդեցությունից Ադրբեջանում, քանի որ Բաքուն, որը դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ է պահպանում հրեական պետության հետ 1990-ականների սկզբին Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից ի վեր, Իսրայելի ռազմարդյունաբերության գլխավոր պատվիրատուն է: 2016 թվականին Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Բաքուն 5 միլիարդ դոլար է ծախսել Իսրայելից ռազմական տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման համար: Ստոկհոլմի Խաղաղության հետազոտությունների միջազգային ինստիտուտի տվյալներով՝ 2017-ից 2019 թվականներին Թել Ավիվը նույնիսկ դարձել է Ադրբեջանի համար զենքի ամենամեծ օտարերկրյա մատակարարը. վաճառքը գերազանցել է 375 մլն դոլարը»,- գրում են հոդվածի հեղինակները:

«Գուցե այս ցուցանիշն ավելի բարձր է: Այս համագործակցությունը գաղտնի է պահվում, որպեսզի Իրանը չբարկանա, բայց առնվազն 15 տարի Իսրայելն Ադրբեջանին մատակարարում է զենք և ռազմական խորհրդատուներ՝ նրան հետախուզության և ուսուցման հարցում օգնելու համար: Այս ռազմական դաշինքը ավելի ամրապնդվեց 2020 թվականի աշնանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում (Հայաստանի դեմ) պատերազմի ժամանակ: Այն ժամանակ Իսրայելը վճռական օգնություն է ցուցաբերել Բաքվին, մասնավորապես՝ նրան տրամադրելով բարձր տեխնոլոգիական անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր»,- Le Monde-ին ասել է Բաքվի ADA համալսարանի դոցենտ Անար Վալիևը:

Նա նշել է, որ «Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստեղծված ճգնաժամի կարևոր տարրն այն է, որ Իրանը մտավախություն ունի, որ Բաքվի խնդրանքով Հայաստանի տարածքով միջանցքի տրամադրումը, ինչն Ադրբեջանը կկապի Նախիջևանի անկլավի հետ, միշտ տարանջատելու է Հայաստանի հարավը երկրի մնացած մասից՝ այդպիսով Թեհրանին կտրելով դեպի Հայաստան, Վրաստան և Սև ծով ելքից:

Ի պատասխան՝ Իրանը մեծացրել է իր զինված ուժերի ներկայությունը երկրի հյուսիս-արևմուտքում՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին: Իսկ հոկտեմբերի 1-ից նրա ցամաքային զորքերը զորավարժություններ են անցկացնում սահմանին:

Այնուհանդերձ, Le Monde-ը նշում է, որ չնայած լարվածության այս աճին, տարածաշրջանային հրդեհի բռնկման վտանգը քիչ հավանական է:
