Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տարաձայնությունները չեն վերածվի զինված բախման, կրքերը կհանդարտվեն. թուրք քաղաքագետ

Վերջին օրերին միջազգային մամուլի և փորձագետների ուշադրության կենտրոնում տարածաշրջանում նոր լարվածությամբ հղի Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերություններն են։

Թեհրանից և Բաքվից հնչող փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներին ու սպառնալիքներին զուգահեռ կողմերը նաև լայնածավալ զորավարժություններ են անցկացնում միմյանց սահմանների մոտ: Երեկ էլ Բաքվում փակվեց Հուսեյնիա մզկիթը և այնտեղ գտնվող Իրանի գերագույն հոգևոր առաջնորդի ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը:

Մյուս կողմից` Իրանը, ըստ ադրբեջանական աղբյուրների, փակել է իր օդային տարածքը ադրբեջանական ռազմական ավիացիայի համար դեպի Նախիջևան:

Ըստ վերլուծաբանների՝ ղարաբաղյան վերջին պատերազմից հետո տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններն ու ուժերի վերադասավորությունը Իրանին դուր չեն գալիս: Թուրքիայում գործող Քոջաելի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր, քաղաքագետ Իրֆան Քայա Ուլգերը «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում Իրանի ակտիվացման երկու հիմնական պատճառ է նշում:

«Վերջին տարիներին արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների պատճառով Իրանը տնտեսական լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնել: Անցած տարվա ղարաբաղյան պատերազմից հետո Իրանի դիրքերն ավելի են թուլացել: Իրանին նաև անհանգստացնում է տնտեսական տեսանկյունից Ադրբեջանի ուժեղացումը: Բացի այդ, կա նաև էթնիկական խնդիր: Ադրբեջանը 10 մլն բնակչություն ունի, սակայն Իրանում շուրջ 30 մլն ադրբեջանցի է ապրում: Այս բնակչությունը սկզբնական շրջանում հավատում էր հեղափոխության գաղափարներին, բայց հիմա աստիճանաբար ազգայնական տրամադրություններ են բարձրանում, ինչը Իրանի համար մտահոգիչ է», - ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Փորձագետի համոզմամբ՝ Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տարաձայնությունները չեն վերածվի զինված բախման, և շուտով կրքերը կհանդարտվեն. «Իրանի իշխանությունները ռազմական գործողությունների չեն գնա Ադրբեջանի դեմ: Իհարկե, Իրանը ինքն իրեն չի վնասի, քանի որ եթե նման քայլի գնա, իր երկրում ապրող 30 մլն ադրբեջանցի բնակչության վերաբերմունքը իշխանության հանդեպ կփոխվի հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի: Այդ պատճառով կարծում եմ, որ այս լարվածությունը որոշ ժամանակ անց կնվազի»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Թուրքային, քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, Անկարան ևս տարածաշրջանում նոր լարվածության կողմնակից չէ և Իրան-Ադրբեջան հակասություններում նախընտրում է չեզոք մնալ:

«Իհարկե, Թուրքիան այս հարցում հավասարակշիռ մոտեցմում ունի, սակայն եթե ընտրություն անելու անհրաժեշտություն լինի, Թուրքիան կաջակցի Ադրբեջանին, ինչպես վերջին 100 տարում է անում` հատկապես Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո», - նկատեց նա:

Ադրբեջանի և Իրանի միջև հնարավոր բախումը Հայաստանի շահերից էլ չի բխում: Իրֆան Քայա Ուլգերը նշում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է ճիշտ կողմնորոշվեն ստեղծված իրավիճակում. «Հավատում եմ, որ Փաշինյանը վերջին զարգացումներից պետք է դասեր քաղի և ավելի իրատեսական քաղաքական գիծ որդեգրի: Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ծագած խնդիրներում Հայաստանը կողմ չի հանդիսանում: Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը եթե շարունակի սթափ գնահատել իրադրությունը, հետագայում կարող է օգուտներ քաղել տարածաշրջանային բազմակողմ համագործակցությունից»:

Թուրք քաղաքագետը իրատեսական է համարում տարածաշրջանային երկրների՝ այսպես կոչված վեցի հարթակի ստեղծումը և կարծում է, որ բոլոր երկրների շահերից է բխում տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջափակումը։
