Լոնդոնում լույս է տեսել «Ռիմա Խաչատրյան. գաղթականի դուստրը» ժողովածուն։ Այն պատմում է Հայաստանի վաստակավոր մանկավարժ Ռիմա Խաչատրյանի՝ գաղթականի դստեր, կյանքի ու գործունեության մասին, ով իր մեջ ուժ գտավ, ծով դժվարություններ հաղթահարելով, դառնալու անվանի ուսուցիչ, վաստակավոր մանկավարժ և կրթության նորարար:

Այսօր կրթության նորարարությունն առավել հաճախ կապվում է տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումների հետ, ինչպիսիք են, ասենք, տվյալների համակարգչային մշակումը, նախնական ուսուցման գնահատումը և այլն:

Իհարկե, կան կրթական այլ նորարարություններ, որոնք իսկապես միտված են կրթության որակի բարձրացմանը: Դրանց շարքում կարելի է առանձնացնել նաև «Դեղագործություն» մասնագիտության՝ արդյունքի ձևավորմանը միտված կրթական ծրագիրը, որը ՀՀ վաստակավոր մանկավարժ Ռիմա Խաչատրյանը մշակել և բժշկական քոլեջներում ներդրել է դեռևս 2013 թվականին։

Ինչպես ցանկացած իրական նորարարություն, կրթական նոր մոդելը, որն այսօր էլ կիրառվում է Հայաստանի մեկուկես տասնյակ բժշկական քոլեջներում, միտված էր դասավանդման մեթոդների վերափոխմանն ու կրթության արդիականացմանը: Այն ներդրվեց որպես միջնակարգ բժշկական կրթության նպատակի վերաիմաստավորման, այն վերջնական արդյունքի ձևավորմանը նպատակաուղղելուն միտված առավել ընդգրկուն ռեֆորմի բաղկացուցիչ մաս։

«Կրթության բարեփոխման բանալին ուսանողներին դասավանդման գործընթացի մեջ ակտիվորեն ներգրավելու մեջ է: Այսօր մեր հիմնական խնդիրը ուսուցման գործընթացին ուսանողների ակտիվ ներգրավմանը հոգեբանորեն աջակցելն է», - 2013 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին նոր մոդելի ներկայացման ժամանակ նշել է Ռ.Խաչատրյանը։  

Նա խորապես հավատում էր, որ թիմի ձևավորումը ցանկացած ուսուցչի հիմնական հմտությունն է, և որ թիմային աշխատանքը կրթական գործընթացի կարևորագույն բաղկացուցիչն է:

«Թիմի ձևավորման ջանքերն ինքնին նպաստում են խնդիրների համատեղ լուծման արդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ու ուսանողի ինքնադրսևորմանը։ Դրանք օգնում են փոխադարձ վստահության ու փոխօգնության մթնոլորտի ձևավորմանը՝ միաժամանակ բարելավելով ուսանողի հաղորդակցման հմտությունները», - մշտապես կրկնում էր նորարար մանկավարժը։

Զարմանալի է, բայց, 75 տարեկան հասակում մասնակցելով ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության կողմից կազմակերպված՝ «Արդյունքի ձևավորմանը միտված ուսումնական ծրագրերով ուսումնառության կազմակերպում և իրականացում» թեմայով վերապատրաստման դասընթացին, նա կարողացավ հասնել բուն կրթական փորձի փոխակերպմանը՝ լայն արձագանք առաջացնելով մանկավարժական հանրության շրջանում։

Գիրքը լույս է ընծայել Freestyle Print տպագրատունը։ Այն ուղարկվել է աշխարհի ավելի քան տասնհինգ երկրների հայագիտական կենտրոնների, գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտների ու համալսարանական ամբիոնների։
