ԱրարատԲանկը նշել է իր գործունեության 30-ամյակն ու վերաբրենդավորման 1-ամյակը

Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ԱրարատԲանկը նշել է իր գործունեության 30-ամյակն ու վերաբրենդավորման 1-ամյակը՝ նախապատվություն տալով թիմակառուցողական ձևաչափին։

«Բանկի 30-ամյակի և վերաբրենդավորման 1-ամյակի առթիվ թիմակառուցողական ձևչափին նախապատվություն տալը պատահական չէր։ Այս միջոցառումով մենք ուզում ենք, որ մեր աշխատակիցները վստահեն իրենց ուժերին և գիտակցեն, որ իրենց հաջողությունը միասնական գործելու մեջ է, և թիմի հաջողությունը կախված է անձամբ իրենցից՝ անկախ գործառույթի կամ առաջադրանքի բարդության աստիճանից։ Բացի այդ, թիմակառուցումը ստեղծում է շփվելու և միմյանց ավելի լավ ճանաչելու հնարավորություն, ինչը պակաս կարևոր չէ հետագա աշխատանքային շփումների համար»,- նշել է ԱրարատԲանկի Վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Անանյանը:

«Թիմակառուցումը աշխատակիցների շրջանում ստեղծում է թիմային ոգի, միավորում նրանց մեկ նպատակի շուրջ։ Շատ կարևոր է, որ յուրաքաչյուր աշխատակից գիտակցի, որ թիմի մաս է կազմում և այստեղ ամենևին կարևոր չէ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնն ու դիրքը, բոլորն անխտիր գործում և ստեղծագործում են հավասար պայմաններում, որտեղ, գուցե, ի հայտ կգան նոր դեմքեր, նոր ղեկավարներ կամ նոր առաջնորդներ, կբացահայտվեն թիմային աշխատանքի թույլ և ուժեղ կողմերը»,- ասել է ԱրարատԲանկի Մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման վարչության ղեկավար Շուշան Առաքելյանը։

«Անցած տարի դեռ վերաբրենդավորման միջոցառման ժամանակ մենք ազդարարել ենք մասնաճյուղերի վերաբրենդավորման մեկնարկի մասին։ Ուրախությամբ պետք է փաստեմ, որ տարվա պլանը կատարել ենք և այս պահի դրությամբ վերաբրենդավորված մասնաճյուղերի թիվը կազմում է 23։  Ավելին, մինչև տարեվերջ նախատեսում ենք ավարտի հասցնել ևս 9 մասնաճյուղ։ Փոփոխության են ենթարկվել նաև թվով 60 ավտոմատ գանձման մեքենա և վճարային տերմինալ։

Կարևոր եմ համարում նշել,  որ վերաբրենդավորման գործընթացը ենթադրում է ոչ միայն արտաքին վիզուալ փոփոխություններ, այլ նաև ներքին աշխատանքային գործընթացների արդյունավետության բարձրացում, հաճախորդակենտրոն սպասարկում, աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստում, ինչպես նաև նոր գաղափարների գեներացման ու դրանց իրագործման հնարավորություն», - ասել է Մարքեթինգի և բանկային ծառայությունների վաճառքի վարչության ղեկավար Սուրեն Բաբաջանյանը։
