Վրաստանում ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը կկայանա հոկտեմբերի 30-ին

Վրաստանում տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը կկայանա հոկտեմբերի 30-ին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Սպուտնիկ Գրուզիա»-ն, հոկտեմբերի 3-ին կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտնել է «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության նախագահ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն:

Քաղաքապետերի ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլերը տեղի կունենան երկրի 20 քաղաքներում, այդ թվում՝ Թբիլիսիում, որտեղ ոչ մի թեկնածու չի կարողացել հավաքել ձայների 50 տոկոսից ավելին:

Վրաստանի Ընտրական օրենսգրքի համաձայն՝ երկրորդ փուլերն անցկացվում են տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններից հետո չորրորդ շաբաթ օրը և նշանակվում են ԿԸՀ-ի կողմից՝ առաջին փուլի արդյունքների ամփոփման հետ միասին:

Քաղաքապետերի ընտրվելու համար գոյություն ունի 50 տոկոս ընտրական շեմ, իսկ քաղաքային խորհուրդների (սակրեբուլոյի) անդամների ընտրության դեպքում՝ 40 տոկոս:

Երկրորդ փուլին մասնակցում են երկու թեկնածուներ, որոնք առաջին փուլում ավելի շատ ձայներ կհավաքեն, քան մյուսները:

Ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլում կհաղթի առավելագույն ձայներ հավաքած թեկնածուն։

ԿԸՀ-ի նախնական տվյալներով՝ «Վրացական երազանքի» թեկնածուները կշահեն 64 մունիցիպալ կազմավորումներից 44-ում:

Այդ համայնքներում իշխող կուսակցության թեկնածուները հաղթահարել են 50 տոկոսանոց շեմը, հաղորդում է Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը:

Քաղաքապետի ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը տեղի կունենա 20 քաղաքներում՝ Թբիլիսի, Քութաիսի, Փոթի, Ռուսթավի, Բաթումի, Թելավի, Թիանեթի, Կարելի, Խաշուրի, Ցագերի, Բաղդատի, Ցխալտուբո, Օզուրգեթի, Սենակի, Մարտվիլի, Հոբի, Զուգդիդի, Ծալենջիխա, Չխորոցկու և Խելվաչաուրի։

Վրաստանում տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունները կայացել են հոկտեմբերի 2-ին։
