Հայտնի է Աբովյան փողոցում սպանության փորձ կատարած անձի ինքնությունը. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երրորդ բաժնում շարունակվում է Աբովյան փողոցում երկու երիտասարդների նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

ՔԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ իրականացված անհետաձգելի քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երևանի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1997թ.:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2021թ. սեպտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 00։23-ին, Երևան քաղաքի 24-ամյա բնակիչն ընկերոջ հետ այցելել է Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան փողոցում գործող սրճարան։ Խնջույքի ընթացքում` ժամը 02։00-ի սահմաններում, 24-ամյա երիտասարդը վեճի է բռնվել նույն սրճարանում գտնվող երկու երիտասարդների հետ, որը շարունակվել է սրճարանի հարակից տարածքում:

Վիճաբանության ընթացքում 24-ամյա երիտասարդն ապօրինի ձեռք բերված ատրճանակից, երկու տղաներին ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով, մի քանի անգամ կրակել է նրանց ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով հրազենային վնասվածքներ։ Վերջիններս տեղափոխվել են բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ նրանցից մեկը մահացել է։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ որոշում է կայացվել 24-ամյա երիտասարդին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, նույն օրը որոշում է կայացվել՝ վերջինիս ձերբակալելու մասին, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է հետաքննական մարմնին։
