Այսօր Շիրակի մարզում բացվել են Ախուրյան համայնքի և Գյումրի 2 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների շենքերը: 2020 թվականի մայիսից մեկնարկած շինաշխատանքներն իրականացվել են ԱՄՆ Եվրոպական հրամանատարության, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանության ռազմական համագործակցության գրասենյակի և ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարության աջակցությամբ: Շենքերի բացման արարողությանը ներկա են եղել ԱԻ նախարար Անդրանիկ Փիլոյանը, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին, ԱԻ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը, ԱԻ նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Սարուխանյանը, ՓԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Գասպարյանը, Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը, Գյումրու քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Ռուբեն Սանոյանը և պաշոնատար այլ անձինք: Այս մասին հայտնում է ԱԻՆ-ը:
ԱԻ նախարար Անդրանիկ Փիլոյանը նշել է, որ հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցությունն արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում երկար և շարունակական պատմություն ունի:

Բարեկամության հիմքը դրվել է 2003թ.-ին, երբ Կանզաս-Հայաստան համագործակցության շրջանակներում սկսվեցին իրականացվել փոխադարձ ճանաչողական այցեր, ուսուցողական դասընթացներ, կոնֆերանսներ, սեմինարներ, հրամանատարաշտաբային ուսումնավարժություններ: 2021թ. Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան ռազմական համագործակցության գրասենյակի հետ համատեղ իրականացվում են «Սևան» ազգային պարկի տարածքում գործող Սևանի հատուկ ջրափրկարարկան ջոկատի կենտրոնական բազայի կառուցման աշխատանքներ: Այն հագեցված կլինի ժամանակակից տեխնիկայով:

ԱԻ նախարարի խոսքով՝ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների, մարզային կառույցների շենքային, գույքային և տեխնիկական կարողությունների զարգացումը կառույցի ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություններից է, և այդ ուղղությամբ բավականին մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվել: «Վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում պետական միջոցների հաշվին հիմնանորոգվել և նորոգվել են 34 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներ»,- իր բացման խոսքում նշել է Ա. Փիլոյանը:
