Հաղթանակ զբոսայգու մոտ տեղի ունեցած առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության գործով ձերբակալվել է 2 անձ. Ոստիկանություն

Սեպտեմբերի լույս 28-ի գիշերը, ժամը 02.30-ին, «Քանաքեռ Զեյթուն» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին հաղորդում ստացվեց, որ հրազենային վնասվածքով բուժօգնության է դիմել Երևանում բնակվող 29-ամյա երիտասարդ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը:

Նրա հայտնածով՝ մարմնական վնասվածքը ստացել էր Հաղթանակ զբոսայգու դիմաց: Բուժհաստատությունից հայտնեցին նաև, որ նույն զբոսայգու մոտից, դարձյալ հրազենային վնասվածքով, հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել 27-ամյա կին, որը բժշկական կենտրոնում մահացել է։ Դեպքի վայր մեկնեցին ոստիկանության մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների օպերատիվ խմբեր, քննիչներ ու փորձաքրեագետներ։ Տարածքի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվեցին ինքնաձիգի 14 պարկուճ, ավտոմեքենայի վնասված ապակու կտորներ և այլն: Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական տարաբնույթ միջոցառումների շնորհիվ ոստիկանության ծառայողները պարզեցին դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ բացահայտելով առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունը։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին, ժամը 21-ին, հիվանդանոց դիմած տղամարդը Սայաթ-Նովայի պողոտայի և Ալեք Մանուկյան փողոցի խաչմերուկի մոտակա սրճարաններից մեկում հանդիպել էր իր ծանոթ 24-ամյա մի երիտասարդի։ Նրանք վիճել էին։ Վեճը վերածվել էր ծեծկռտուքի:

Արդեն սեպտեմբերի լույս 28-ի գիշերը, ժամը 1.30-ի սահմաններում, Ազատության պողոտայի Հաղթանակ զբոսայգու դիմացի հատվածում՝ ստորգետնյա անցումի մոտ, հիվանդանոց դիմած երիտասարդը հանդիպել էր ընկերոջը։ Այդ ընթացքում մի ավտոմեքենայից իջել էր Երևանի Դրոյի փողոցի բնակիչ, 28-ամյա մի երիտասարդ ու հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելով՝ ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ էր արձակել նրանց ուղղությամբ։

Արձակված կրակոցների հետևանքով բուժհաստատություն դիմած երիտասարդի կինը, որը ավտոմեքենայի սրահում էր, ստացել էր վնասվածքներ, իսկ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելուց հետո՝ մահացել:

Դեպքից ժամեր անց ոստիկանության ծառայողները հայտնաբերեցին կրակոցներ արձակած անձին, բերման ենթարկեցին Արաբկիրի բաժին ու ներկայացրին դեպքի նախաքննությունը վարող մարմնին։ Նա ձերբակալվել է։ Բավրայի սահմանային անցակետում էլ, Հայաստանը լքելիս, բռնվել է նաև առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությանը օժանդակելու մեջ կասկածվող անձ, որը ևս ձերբակալվել է։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ Հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
